I've always picked up my prescriptions from here due to it being next door to my doctor's. The staff for the most part have been friendly to me except on one occasion. I was running around trying to get a prescription for my son and had been back and forth, I misheard the lady when she was speaking and she shouted at me loudly in front of the whole store. This was increably embarrassing and totally uncalled-for. I appreciate they must have to deal with some problematic customers but that doesn't mean the should take it out on the other customers. I went to the well pharmacy in Whitleigh and they were really helpful and friendly even though they had a bad day.

I observed one of the pharmaceutical staff being given a hard time, over the customers medication not there straight away.\\nIf people order their medication with plenty of notice, then this would not happen. Well done to the staff at well Crownhill. ?

OMG never again,it needs restaffing and reorganizing.no customer care . They're so used to being wrong they think it's right. It's a total car wreck , unsafe and knowingly lets people suffer .

Terrible. Service is horrendous, wait ages for them to even acknowledge you're in their shop and act like you're an inconvenience. No parking outside either.

Had a horrendous experience in this pharmacy. I had a raging temperature from tonsillitis, I was humiliated because I didn't know there was a 'one-in-one-out' system on the go (literally no signage) and the pharmacy assistant was so rude to me and tried to make me wait until they'd texted me to collect my antibiotics for my tonsillitis.\\n\\nMade a complaint to head office but I never heard back.\\n\\nNo regard for patient safety at all!\\n\\nI did this job for seven years and I know how hard it is. But I was literally stood in the middle of their shop, crying my eyes out because of the way I'd been treated, and not one single member of staff tried to comfort me in any way.\\n\\nWhen I think about the service I've had from Boots in the past, when my surgery were so slow at sending my prescription over for a different bout of tonsillitis - they sat me down, got me a drink and kept coming to check on me.\\n\\nWell have lost a customer :)

The staff have always been very nice to me very helpful, there is a new member of staff a young lady who is so helpful and friendly great service from her . The chemist is very busy so patience and understanding is needed especially since Covid.\\nIt is not the staff?s fault if medication does not arrive on time .

Shocking is an under statement! Had my prescription since 29th March and its been over a week now, was told on the 31st it would be ready by Friday the 1st, still not received a text and when you ring they put the phone down as not to answer,very poor excuse of a chemist...Avoid!!

Never have most things you need In stock always have to go elsewhere and very unhelpful staff most of them look like they can?t be bothered to answer any questions you have also when you get a txt to say the prescription is ready you go in to collect it and most of the time things are missing

Very unhelpful staff working at this branch now. It has totally gone downhill. I work for another pharmacy company and I have been waiting for an item to come back into stock from the supplier. I knew it was now available to order but they tried fobbing me off and asking me to get an alternative from the doctor. This branch needs a good shake up and a little bit of honesty.

The service and customer service has gone downhill. I called the Pharmacy to ask when my parent's meds were being delivered - the assistant who answered the 'phone wasn't sure so I said I would call in to collect on this occasion as the meds were needed. The assistant went away to check and I was told that was fine as long as I left it until after midday. I got to the Pharmacy at 4pm to be told not only was it not ready, the items were not even in stock! No apology offered so took the printed tokens to another Pharmacy who dispensed straight away. Will not use these again unfortunately

Just collected my prescription, I use this pharmacy all the time, but since my last visit they have had a change of staff. Not only did I have to call to chase up my prescription when I collected it the new staff member Emma was very rude. She threw my medication on the desk and there was no please or thank you. If you don't want to deal with customers find a different job Emma!

Used to be OK, now dreadful! Been trying for TWO DAYS (literally) to get through on the phone to them about my prescription (which they have, I have been told by my surgery). They are not answering, and even doctors surgery are fed up with them! I now have to try to arrange medications for a trip away, in just 3 days time! Go elsewhere if you can people!!!

This pharmacy formerly the Coop has gone from so so to superb in the last few months.
We moved our prescriptions from Boots to Well recently and the service is great.
Everyone is so pleasant even under pressure.
