I was treated very poorly at the Travis Perkins on Sutton Rd. The store in Saltash is just the opposite, very helpful people there. I won't be returning to the St. Johns store on Sutton Rd however.

This was not very nice place to go! Bad parking, rude members of staff outside in the yard area. Thought they were there to help you, not helpful at all. I will never go back to this place again.

Great customer services. Wish I had started to use them three years ago when I started the house renavting. Shane travis brilliant, was able to help me out and get the order quickly, he called when stated and the items arrived first thing in the morningThanks Shane and the team ?? delivery driver asked me and confirmed where to place everything for safety first and ease of getting to the hosue still. All round great business

Loads of staff around..had to load myself as yard staff not interested they just point where the bricks/sand/cement are..let's hope next time I visit my back does not give out as I will be in for a claim. Not a good experience ?
