Great store.. Crammed with just. About every thing you could imagine..really friendly and knowledgeable staff... Very impressed with the standard service i relieved last visit...

Had everything I needed, it is a bit crowded with goods though don't use if you are claustrophobic it doesn't haveu h room to move whenore than 1 to an aisle.

Primarily visiting the in house Iceland - range and layout are somewhat limited and poor\\nGenerally the shop feels claustrophobic and congested or at best simply messy\\nOf a small number of items I purchased 3 were on shelves where the labelling didn't match the product albeit they were similar enough to not be noticed without close inspection which I did after finding the costs at checkout were somewhat different to what I expected, at best this is sloppy shelf filling and at worst it's deliberately trying to deceive customers

A dreadful experience. The price for two lightbulbs clearly said £6-99 and yet when I get home I find I was charged £7-99. I bought a number of items but I was my own fault as I should have checked the bill as this wasn?t the first time it?s happened. Then at the checkout the lad started inspecting the two tenners I gave him. When I said how over the top he was being he explained how it was company policy. What, a tenner! It was insulting but probably says more about the owner than me.

It's okay if you need something in a hurry but everything about it is a safety hazard. Leaking roof which means buckets all over the floors, trollies with broken brakes, very narrow aisles which are blocked half the time. Its more of an obstacle course than a shop. Toilets have also been taken away.

Too much Christmas stuff before Halloween, but aside from that, jolly good. Got Iceland in it, though its overpriced, but the rest is lovely. Alright customer service, dangerous if you're on a budget!

The Range at crownhill is much larger than the one at Beacon Park with lots more choice, some stock has made way for seasonal stuff but hopefully will be back in Jan

Quite a large store but doesn't seem to have a section for selling fabric by the metre like some smaller stores. Confusing stock layout with similar products in totally different locations in the store, so a real time sink if you are looking for specific items, probably deliberate to encourage browsing. Last went here for LR44 batteries and a staff member was able to point to them almost immediately which saved me walking around for ages!

Very poor experience in this shop.Packs of bottled water marked up at £2.00 However once you have carried them to the till, they become £3.50I asked how this was?Apparently it's because they are very busy, whilst also making room for Christmas Stock. I suggested that they should sell me the water at £2 as advertised and was told that this is not the stores policy.I informed them that it is the policy of Trading Standards they did not seem to bothered by this and refused to sell the water at the advertised price.I have sent photos to Trading Standards of the many packs of water on the price marked shelf today, they were very interested in this and will be looking into it.I will not be going back to this shop ever again, very bad attitude and service.

The staff are downright awful, they've made it very clear that i'm unwelcome in the store and make me feel uncomfortable everytime i visit.When i was in the queue today the cashier said sarcastically to her colleague ''Look your favourite person is here''.They are me singling me out and it's unacceptable, i just come in to do some light shopping like everyone else.
