Ted baker cancelled my order after paid for it so must of been in stock. No reason . Just cancelled

Purchase items at Ted Baker with caution, the incopitence of the online store is simply unfathomable. I have been trying to resolve an issue regarding a belt for now over a month, very upset with the terrible delivery service provided. When returned to Ted Baker (as the belt one size too small) in the timescales required I asked for a resolution to my complaint before I agreed to a store card or exchange (the item had sold out so the gift card being the only option). The belt was then returned back to me with a terrible explaination. I have purchased many items and expensive items with Ted Baker over the years and expect a certain level of service for what I see as a quality brand, I will no longer shop with Ted Baker. Good luck if you do!
