“The individual I was supporting needed new shoes, so we went to Clarks. The staff were very supportive and helpful. The client was very happy with 2 pairs of new shoes. Was a little pricey, but then again, it's Clarks, so there is always going to be good quality.”
“This review is for the cafe outside the entrance on the ground floor of the shopping centre. We got there just as they had cleared the chiller but staff were lovely, we had just travelled over 3 hours on a train with NO buffet service so were parched and hungry. I wanted to write this review because the two staff members , one male and one female were so nice. This was about 4.35pm on 30/3/22. They really set the tone for our stay in Plymouth and are great ambassadors for M & S. Coffee and cake was good too.”

“Deichman needs to up their game by providing online shopping or atleast pick and collect. The prices are not always cheap but have a ploy of fronting cheap shoes and as you get in to look for more stuff, you’ll realise they’re not cheap. The bait is subtle but in all, the shop has improved on its stock quality and variety. I’d recommend especially at this time of price hikes as Deichman has lower prices than other shops.”
