“Deichman needs to up their game by providing online shopping or atleast pick and collect. The prices are not always cheap but have a ploy of fronting cheap shoes and as you get in to look for more stuff, you’ll realise they’re not cheap. The bait is subtle but in all, the shop has improved on its stock quality and variety. I’d recommend especially at this time of price hikes as Deichman has lower prices than other shops.”

“The individual I was supporting needed new shoes, so we went to Clarks. The staff were very supportive and helpful. The client was very happy with 2 pairs of new shoes. Was a little pricey, but then again, it's Clarks, so there is always going to be good quality.”

“This review is for the cafe outside the entrance on the ground floor of the shopping centre. We got there just as they had cleared the chiller but staff were lovely, we had just travelled over 3 hours on a train with NO buffet service so were parched and hungry. I wanted to write this review because the two staff members , one male and one female were so nice. This was about 4.35pm on 30/3/22. They really set the tone for our stay in Plymouth and are great ambassadors for M & S. Coffee and cake was good too.”

“This place is great, sometimes there stock isn’t the biggest and sizes can go quite quickly. But they have good sales and competitive prices. I always get my trainers here and will continue to.”

“The pretty top that I tried on seemed more suited in size to the figure of young girls but that was from the sale rail, looks like some very good clothes in the rest of the shop.”

“Got what I wanted, at a better price than I thought, Sports Direct shops are very good but to me are a huge fire risk because its crammed full of items in most of their shops, apart from that, you can get a bargain!!”

“Clean, friendly, well staffed and my mother-in-law has been kept alive thanks to Derriford's efforts. I would give 5 stars but sadly death is still inevitable so I had to dock a star.”

“Went there today and it's all closed up with a sign on the door saying no electricity, also loads of boxed up shoes ( I presume) packaged up, shelfs are nearly bare of shoe stock.”

“Just like to give some recognition to Jacob who helped us with the sale of a coat. Excellent service, was willing to assist with sizing and to model coat. Couldn’t ask for a better assistant. Thank you again Jacob.”

“I went in looking for new insoles, I wanted to put them on straight away and Ben was extremely helpful by trimming them for me and also put in my new laces as well. This is the best customer service I received walking in to a store 5/5”
