Cannot praise this store enough. Service is always quick and the staff are very friendly. Rachel on the trade counter is a credit to the company. Always very friendly, efficient and never fails to ask if I?d like a hot drink whilst my order is collected. It?s a small thing but it makes a difference when you?ve had a stressful day! This branch has a 4.7 star rating for a reason, as soon as you walk in, they greet you and ask if you need help. I was looking for sanding paper and couldn't see it in the catalogue, young lad helped me find it. And was served by a lovely lady, brown hair, didn't get her name. Wasn't sure about a product as not specified in catalogue and she offered to bring it for me to have a look at. Honestly amazing staff ?????

Always get a 5* customer service whenever I go to Screwfix. Staff are great, very knowledgeable. Usually have most items in stock if not then it can be collected next day.
