pointless opening times. two hours/day is all it takes. 7-8am and 6-7pm. take the rest of the day off!everyone who needs a bank is working between 9.30 and 3pm.

Whilst the staff may be friendly enough the opening times are completely useless. Barclays are open later. It is as though they are actively discouraging people to bank in person here. Business banking app looks and behaves like it was made in 2010 and no integration between business and personal banking apps.

I was having trouble applying for a student account online and verifying my documents, so I went to this branch to set up the account in person.The member of staff serving me didn?t seem to be house trained, never mind customer service trained. She was an older woman with a very impatient tone who wouldn?t listen when I told her I was having trouble applying online. She told me to sit down at one of the computers and go through the online application process, and I again explained that I had gone through this process, but I couldn?t get my documents verified through the automated system, and she simply demanded I fill out the form in front of her, while she barked the questions at me.If I needed to reference one of my documents for information for the form, she would just repeat the question over and over until I asked her to give me a moment, giving lots of groans and sighs. At one point she started to continuously GROWL at me lowly like a dog while I looked for a pdf of a letter I needed on my phone. I am still in disbelief.After the online application form was filled out (again), she told me to go home and scan and send off my documents, not even looking at the documents I had brought in to be verified manually. I once again told her I was having trouble with verifying my documents online and she told me that I just needed to try again and sent me off. This experience has left me angry, confused and frustrated. Terrible first experience with any Santander staff.

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. I've been with this bank for less than 2 weeks and I've never been treated so disgustingly, especially as a new customer and as a disabled customer.From the beginning I explained my needs regarding my disability and have had nothing but mistakes made, lies told and the blame put onto me.Avoid at all costs. They've caused me 2 seizures this week and they told me "tough luck, we've closed your complaint, contact the FSA".Where's their empathy? Where's their duty of care? Where's their human decency?!

The ATMs are good. Friendly staff too.\\nA pity there is no branch in Tavistock.
