I dont know if it's because the branch is closing end of the year but some of your staff have terrible customer service skills. Went to pay in some money to my account with cashier who just informed me I could use the machine whilst they sat there doing nothing. I now just use the mobile van Plymstock Broadway on a Tues between 11.25 -12.10. They staff there are so helpful and friendly.

Waste of time, the people who work here ain?t helpful at all. I was with NatWest until they shut down my account because I was a victim of Fraud and I basically got scammed. NatWest have not helped me at all and they?ve put some sort of warning on my name so I can?t get a bank account with another bank. Even tho I?m a 17 year old girl and I got scammed. Also found the staff in the Plymouth branch rude and they just said they ?couldn?t discuss? things with me.

Absolute waste of time. Thought I needed to go in dues to showing ID documents, no help and they couldn?t do anything as I was missing one piece of ID. Called up and managed to do it all over the phone instead, where staff were much more helpful.

Staff at the Plymouth City Centre branch are always, in my personal experience, pleasant and helpful. However, I am just about to set off to pay cash in to the branch and checking the time it's closing today, as I'm rushing around - IT'S CLOSED!! Thursday 22nd June '23.....What customer service is this!! No customer care whatsoever....now what am I supposed to do, eh NAT West? There is no other way that I'm aware of and I need to deposit monies - now. Inconvenient isn't the word. Exasperation is an apt word! You have two stars and that's for your staff and not for the bank and customer care.

The guy at the door gave me incorrect information, and refused to help me and sent me to another bank. Very unhelpful and wasted a lot of my time.

it is my first time going to Natwest but Samantha, one of their staffs was so warm and friendly that I did not feel awkward at all. There should be more Samanthas everywhere ?

There are NEVER enough staff actually working behind the counters, hence, there is ALWAYS a queue which can be areal pain if you only have your lunch hour.

Appalling customer service, the greeter (Heather) was very sarcastic, and walked away, we then spoke to a customer services person, who was not interested in our problem, she didn't understand it , and we eventually saw someone who dealt with the problem (took 5 minutes) after having to wait 40 minutes.

I am not a member of Natwest but had to sort out a problem for my mum. The young lady in the Plymouth branch was very friendly and helpful. I have PTSD so it helps alot to have very polite and friendly staff when you go into a shop etc. A huge thankyou to the young lady for all her help.

Massive shout out to Hayley at your Plymouth branch this afternoon. A lot of time and effort was put in to helping me with a pin reset, withdrawing cash, and app update to access features which Apple failed to auto update. Really appreciate the support and have sent feedback up the chain. I hope you get a shout out in the internal newsletter chains. Would happily head hunt her to join my outfit. Fantastic customer service and fantastic product knowledge. Was mind blown. Thank you.

Appauling customer service. They mistakenly cancelled my card twice in a row without telling me, without ordering a new one, and without an apology. This left me in a sticky situation where I was left without money while I was away camping. Spent over an hour on the phone with customer service who was useless and actually told me to go home as the solution. Was told I'd be able to withdraw cash after 48 hours via the app but I never could because they didn't order the requested card. They've closed brances down in the smaller towns so I couldn't get there in person. Thanks Nat West for trying to ruin my first holiday in 3 years.

I went into that place looking for a solution to a problem. I walked out of the bank extremely happy because of two staff members who went above and beyond to ensure I was sorted financially. They were both very understanding and knowledgable, Sekaia and Abigail, assets to that branch, thank you!
