A young gentlemen upstairs on Saturday afternoon was attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful in advising me of their range and availability. Although I didnt purchase on that day I was pleased with the customer service received, which far exceeded that of some other establishments I visited that day.

I visited the shop at Plymouth today, intending to do some window shopping, but the exceptional politeness and professionalism of the staff led me to make an unplanned purchase? set of suits. The staff greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome from the moment I entered. They were knowledgeable about the products and provided valuable guidance without pressuring me. The suits were reasonably priced and of excellent quality. The store was well-maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere for shopping. Overall, I had an extraordinary experience and highly recommend this shop for anyone seeking high-quality suits and exceptional customer service.

The staff were so helpful when trying to get a suit to fit our tall skinny son. The lady we saw really went above and beyond to help us. We bought a gorgeous suit which looks amazing. The quality of the suit is obviously from just a glance. Very good experience. .

Our experience todayat Plymouth Moss Bros couldn?t have been better. Buying a Grooms suit we were pretty clueless and needed guidance. Sally was so knowledgable and helpful, gave different options and suggestions - lots of tips that we would never have thought of. All of the other staff were polite and friendly too. Definitely recommend!

I went in for a suit fitting for my daughters Wedding, the staff were very helpful and knowledgable. The store is still laid out, light and warm on a chilly afternoon.

Went in on Monday to buy a suit for an upcoming wedding, I never wear suits so was unsure of size or style, the guy who served us was brilliant, very patient and helpful, not having the waistcoat in stock he checked and was able to order it online and Thursday had the whole suit delivered at home. Well pleased with quality suit at great price and fantastic service. Thanks

Visited today to buy some new work suits and shirts. Staff were too busy playing on their phones and didn't engage even though I was trying to engage and looking to buy. Walked out and went to suit's direct where I got the service and help I would expect. #lostsales

Visited on the morning of Sunday September 18th 2022, needed a suit for my adult son. A lady came over and asked if we needed help, which we really did, we had no idea how to buy a good quality suit. She measured him and asked what he wanted and why (what was the event) we talked colours and she explained what was in at the moment and what is timeless, she asked what he liked and why and what he didn?t. Then she showed us to a selection asked his opinion then we went upstairs and she just pulled out suits that were perfect, she gave him a jacket to try on that looked like he borrowed it from someone in error, she went off and came back with a suit and it was perfect, colour, style, fit, perfect, then shirts, she found exactly what he wanted. This lady, whose name I didn't get unfortunately was an absolute star, legend and magician. she listened and found what we needed even if we didn't release what we needed, she really knew what she was talking about.There was no hard sell, no pressure, she just helped, and she really did. The suit looks, fits and makes him feel amazing, yes it wasn?t cheap we paid £408 for a suit, two shirts, tie and belt, and yes we paid £5 for a suit bag, but she bagged it all up for us as the event was not local and she assured him on arrival just open it up and let it hang for a while and it would be all good to go, which it was.If you are looking for a good quality, decent suit this is the place to go, and if you are lucky enough to get the lady who helped us you will be impressed.In this instance you really do get what you pay for, of course you can grab an off the rack suit from a supermarket for less money, but if like us you didn?t really know what you wanted and what works this is the place to go, the staff are amazing the shop has a lot of stock you wouldn?t believe suits come in this many colours, I am sure if we gave her a budget she would have worked to it for us , as I said there was no hard sell.Couldn?t be happy and my son felt great for the event, would really recommend this shop and its team. Huge thank you for all her help, ( I wish I had got her name)

Purchased a 3 piece suit, shirt tie and pocket square. Felt a bit overpriced for what I got. They did tailor the sleeve length of the suit Jacket for me which was useful. Spent quite a lot of money on the suit, didn?t come with a suit bag and when I asked was told I would have to pay extra for the suit bag. Given the amount I spent would have expected the bag to be included.

A mixed review on this place but generally I?d say as a whole the experience was rather poor, and I would recommend avoiding if it?s for a big occasion such as a wedding like it was for me.Vast majority of the staff seem to either have minimal clue as to what?s going on, and the main man who seems to run the show just does not smile whatsoever. Just not a pleasant exchange when dealing with this particular member of staff.I would say however that when dealing with just ME (Groom) - Sally was brilliant. Very helpful, a good laugh and was generally all over it and looked after me superbly.I found that in Plymouth there is basically no other option for sexy suits for a wedding so was left with minimal choice but to choose Moss Bros, so if you?re faced with the same, ask for Sally who was great when dealing with me alone. I purchased my suit as opposed to the 6 groomsman who were hiring. Alteration process was good with Sally and the suit was spot on afterwards.On the flip side, it was infuriating when specifically booking a slot with the business for myself and 6 groomsman for fittings that we wernt prioritised and Sally sadly had to rush around looking after the entire place. Appreciate not Sally?s fault exactly, but it was upsetting considering it was for my wedding, I?d dragged everyone along for fittings on the same day, and the whole experience was rushed and chaotic as opposed to enjoyable. After booking I expected to be looked after specifically and without the rush and chaos. Perhaps asking for too much?This was reflected when the suits landed. I will praise in that they arrived a good week before the wedding as opposed to a few days which is what is promised.However after specifically requesting one suit got sent to a store in London, and we could not have been more clear about this, all the suits arrived in Plymouth. Just really disappointing once again and meant for unneeded stress for me and my friends.One person was advised to collect all suits, and shock horror at least 3 items were not the right size. However this was resolved fairly swiftly with ease to be fair.My best man could not check his suit as he arrived a day before wedding. On the morning of the wedding, his tie in his suit bag was incorrect. After making calls on the morning of my wedding, i was initially told they didn?t have a matching tie to my groomsman, nor anything similar in green. To then be told they had the exact tie required.To be fair to the chap that morning, he was helpful enough and fortunately in the end the tie my best man had was matching mine, and it looked fine and separated him from other groomsman. We did not however request he have this tie and it was just another mistake.I?ll pass some blame onto my fellow groomsman however who did not check the tie in this bag which he should have.It?s an immensely ?Karen Like? review to write for a 25 year old lad but it?s important the feedback be sent in one way or another, because to be truthful the entire experience was rushed, stressful and just incorrect at times.Absolutely zero point in asking for some money back because it?ll just be a flat no.My suits, and the hired suits, were very nice. For £160 to hire is a bit steep, and having to hand them back 2 days after the wedding is also a bit mental in my opinion. Sadly there is minimal options in Plymouth, so if you?re forced to go to Moss Bros just ask for Sally. And be more forceful than I was if not prioritised on your booking/fitting day.

Went in to get a 2 piece suit was meet by a woman who was so friendly and helpful made it so easy to find what I needed and what was best fit. Had to get some bits ordered and was told to come back in the next day or 2. At this point I was ready to give 5 stars I was very impressed.Jump to 3 days later......I went to get my suit and seen it was different staff this time and this time I did not feel welcomed and it felt like we got your money here is your stuff goodbye.After setting the bar on my first visit i would of recommended to everyone but after my second visit I would think twice. 1st visit was midweek 2nd was a weekend. Maybe go in midweek next time
