Just today took me over an hour to get my prescription and still I need to go back because they didn?t have all that I needed. There were people that were waiting 1:45. Shame Lloyds pharmacy you should take care off your customers better.

Awful service, no option to use your own local pharmacy. Chaotic booking system. The prescription queue is mixed with the pick up queue. At least an hours wait.Numbers called in random fashion. No separate queue for previous day orders, queues build up while the staff try to identify their prescriptions.Woefully understaffed.

After going to pick up my prescription & queuing for 30 minutes to get in, I was told to come back in another 40 minutes, which turned out to be over 1.5 hours in the freezing cold outside, surrounded by sick, old people shivering whilst also waiting for their prescriptions to be filled. The staff didn?t help as they thought it was a joke. A shameful way to treat the sick & elderly!

Although the staff here are trying their best, I visit this pharmacy every week for over 2 months now and each time I have had to wait a minimum of 45 mins up to 2hrs, 25 mins to receive my medication.

Apaling customer service, to small, refused to accept a Cancer Consultants request for a prescription, because it wasn't written properly, when I returned to speak to him about it , he was not best pleased. I waited nearly 45 minutes for the prescription, then to be told it was wrong, and then with the same prescription written in the same way had to wait another 30 minutes to get the prescription. What a joke . Long queues and lots of disgruntled and angry people waiting ages for their prescriptions. If you want the contact to dispense then staff it properly..0 out of 10.

Absolutely terrible. waited 11/4 hours to be told that there was nil. stock. Not the staffs fault. The total incompetence and greed of Lloyds management puts the staff in impossible working conditions. Plenty of room on site for money making M&S but not for vital pharmacy services. The NHS must waste tens or hundreds of thousand of hours at this useless privatised site. Disgrace caused by Tory ideology.

Unfriendly, unhelpful, rude and obnoxious staff. The service is simply appalling,. In 2023 being treated that is simply unacceptable. You Arte no longer a patient, you are a number. Shame on you Lloyds and shame on you NHS. And I left without my medications! You would do well to remember you are dealing with patient ie:sick people.

Lets be honest the Pharmacy just isn't fit for purpose, as with other reviews it's way too small for the size of hospital. Staff are excellent, really helpful, working in difficult conditions and having to deal with frustrated customers/patients. What I don't understand is why the hospital can't release prescriptions to my local pharmacy, far easier for me, far greener for the environment and would reduce queuing. I think some joined up thinking is required, maybe I should be a senior manager at the hospital.

Staff are at breaking point!!! My medication and also the three customer?s in front of me couldn?t be found. With queues out the door and one member of staff serving. I waited for over an hour on two separate days after dropping off my prescription two days earlier, to be told they couldn?t find it. Its a desperate situation and the pharmacy is just far too small. I hope Lloyds pharmacy are planning to move to a bigger site in the hospital very soon. The staff deserve everyone?s patience and also a medal to work under this sort of pressure and chaos.

Absolute shambles, no organisation or method in the way they work.I queued for 1hour 55 minutes to collect medication for 3 year old grandson who also had to stand in queue, staff call out your number inside the shop but it?s not repeated to the ever growing queue outside. On getting to the shop door in the queue, I asked a staff member what number they were working at as we?d not heard any numbers called for over 20minutes, I was met with a glare and told I needed to join the back of the queue ? I explained I was in the queue and had been for nearly 2 hours and the staff member walked off repeating join the back of the queue! The same staff member was stood at the entrance of the door and could easily have repeated numbers called to everyone queuing outside but was more interested in telling everyone she was stressed, wanted to cry and was quitting, even though no one in the long queue was abusive and everyone was very empathetic.

If it wasn?t for one particular store colleague named Nicky, my review would have been 1 star.I?d like to provide feedback about one of your Derriford hospital, Plymouth staff named Nicky. She went above and beyond for me today and I?m so very grateful.I?m not sure if you?re aware how chaotic it is in that particular pharmacy. I?ve been trying to get my daughters melatonin for some time and due to the waits there this is my 3rd attempt and she?s now ran out. First try the wait was over an hour and my parking had ran out and I had to leave. 2nd try I waited about 45 minutes to be told they don?t have it but it?ll definitely be in the following day. Today I waited another considerable amount of time to be told they still don?t have it! I explained the situation to Nicky, despite being rushed off her feet she not only listened but she came up with a solution. She called the CDC Dr herself and asked him for an alternative pill form and got the prescription to me today, this saved me so much hassle, parking money, time and stress. Even watching her whilst I was waiting I cannot sing her praises enough. She was training staff on the job and making sure data in the form of people?s prescriptions were kept secure. She really deserves so much praise for the incredible job she?s doing in such a stressful environment.

Hopelessly inadequate for the needs of Derriford. Queuing out of the shop and across the pavement. Not everything in stock, went to collect remainder on Saturday (with a 50 mile round trip) to find that they only open 5 days a week - in a 24/7/365 city hospital! Work hours mean that I won?t be able to collect medicines for another 6 weeks!Whatever you do, try and get your prescription issued to any other pharmacy than this one.Lord knows that it must be like for the poor staff that have to work in there.

The staff at this pharmacy were working very hard under challenging conditions today. Despite long queues and IT problems all the staff were very professional. External factors causing the long queues need to be reviewed asap

Shocking. It?s a tiny little pharmacy in on of the biggest hospitals in the West Country.20 minutes to put you prescriptions in, 40 minute wait plus another 20 minutes in a queue to pick it up.Either get more pharmacists and staff or let Boots take over

For a pharmacy serving such an enormous hospital, it's simply too small, there is only space inside for a very small few and then the rest have to queue outside, a queue which can frequently extend a long way and obstruct the walkway to the hospital entrance (and often includes people smoking). That said, I have never encountered a bad service, the staff are always very polite and do their best in difficult circumstances, and my prescription is always correct.
