I’ve come to it just about 4 or so times, despite living in the depths of east anglia, 4 and a half hours away. “Wow ? The team in this Plymouth store are super friendly and lovely people. We wanted to surprise our 19 year old with a Swiss watch for finishing his apprenticeship. Jacob helped us select the watch and sourced it from another store. They kindly held it for a few weeks until we took our lad in. The team made him feel very special and played a crucial role in surprising him. The service was very personal and the champagne gift was a lovely touch. Having purchased a few watches previously from the tag store and Fraser hart, I have to honestly say this experience outclassed the others. Will hopefully be back soon for our next purchase. 10/10”

“After having a bad experience at a well known high street jewellers, myself and my fiancé went to Drakes instead. From the minute we walked in, we had 5 star service offering us to sit in the booth and get a drink for us. We were looking to purchase our wedding rings and the wonderful Vicki was there to serve us. She was fabulous listening to what we did and didn’t like and let us try on so many different rings.
