“Like hmv, reasonable range of blurays, dvds and vinyl but only real trouble is pop vinyls and I'm afraid what I'd call tat seems to be taking over. This isn't a criticism of this particular store as it seems to be happening in all hmv's although its more noticeable in the smaller stores like this one.”

I'd spent ages searching for some anthracite grey trim for my cladding project and Eurocell not only were the only place that had it, they also had it in stock at the branch.Having dropped in on the off chance, it was ordered and delivered inside an hour. You simply can't beat that.Also, as a DIY'er it can be obvious when staff don't want to help our give advice, I didn't get that here. They were all very helpful.”

They have a great showroom, we were professionally advised, service was great, delivery prompt and prices very competitive.Moreover, the follow up service was amazing. A year after installation there was an issue, a product defect, which caused some damage, sometimes these things happen. This was by no means any fault of Studio One, the culpability lay purely with the manufacture.Mark’s and Liam’s support with the issue, including site visit, liaising with our team and super swift delivery of a replacement was impeccable. They weren't pushy at all to make a sale, which is important to me as I hate being pressured.
