Speaking as a customer who has been a customer since I was about eight years old ( I am now in my 50s)I have always supported the store in its various guises and locations, but no more.To think the Plymouth branch has lost a loyal customer ( and even supported them more in recent times when it nearly went out of business twice)So the reason I've turned my back is the lack of professionalism by certain staff.I am referring to the manager who it would seem has some kind of agenda toward me.I have noticed how he can be particular who he's helpful and friendly with.To others that I have noticed (in store) who he's had a disagreement with not so helpful.I don't understand how a person in charge of a shop can be so stand offish with customers.Either way I won't be setting foot in this shop ever again.Nor will I spend a penny online with this establishment.There are other places I can get my fix for movies and music without being made under appreciated by staff members.

Like hmv, reasonable range of blurays, dvds and vinyl but only real trouble is pop vinyls and I'm afraid what I'd call tat seems to be taking over. This isn't a criticism of this particular store as it seems to be happening in all hmv's although its more noticeable in the smaller stores like this one.

Very friendly staff, helpful and knowledgeable on all products and up and coming new releases.Situated in towards the top of the town centre near coffee shops and other eateries.

Great area for getting back to nature and the wild life but please be careful with your dogs as the local bike riders can be a bit fast in some places!!
