Brilliant customer service in the Plymouth store, we visited once to have a look and get an idea of what we wanted, then returned again for a second look. Discussed our fiance options with Daniel who was friendly and really helpful, not once did we feel pressured into making a purchase but we left with a sofa we love. Went here today and was served by Wayne. Really knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Gave us plenty of time to browse and make up our minds. Bought our last suite from here and it?s been excellent. Highly recommended.

Jayne was very helpful without rushing us to purchase a new mattress. She new her products and was able to guide us having listened to what we required. Jayne was professional but very approachable. We ended up with the right mattress for us.

We were served by Gary Frankland, late in the afternoon (after looking in other shops, at other sofas).He introduced himself - then maintained a distance, allowing us to browse. We saw the sofa/chair straight away. He was helpful and advised us that we could have both delivered on the following Saturday, which was a shock. We were really pleased, as this did not cause us any inconvenience.Brilliant customer service and a top rated sofa. We are very pleased!

Excellent service and comprehensive advice received from salesperson (Jayne Summers). Everything went smoothly, including interest free payment programme. Bed now delivered and I'm very happy with the outcome. Very friendly but professional and nothing too much trouble.
