Absolutely fantastic store, I have been purchasing with the wonderful Carly for over 12 years now. Both mine and my husbands wedding rings/engagement rings are from Ernest Jones. I wouldn't shop in any other jewellers. This is down to Carly and her fantastic team, in Plymouth. Carly & her team will always go that extra mile for the customer. This weekend Carly sourced a signet ring, that I was desperate for. I can't speak highly enough for this store.

My fiancée and I went in for our wedding rings after already shopped here before, we knew the quality and service would be excellent.The staff Gemma and Carly were fantasic, showing us options and keeping my little one entertained at the same time.They gave honest advice about everything in terms of what would work best. I am already planning to fo back for a couple of other bits for the wedding.I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for quality and service.

I've always trusted Earnest Jones. They fixed my bracelet that was dear to me, cleaned it up and made it look new. A few days ago, me and my partner came in to get our wedding rings. We knew what we wanted as we had been looking for a few months. We hope we have her name right but we spoke to someone called Gemma, who was so informative, told us exactly as it is; which we really appreciated! My fiance wanted a titanium wedding band but thanks to Gemma, we now know it could be really dangerous due to the line of work he does as it couldn't ever be cut off incase he was in an accident. We are so, so grateful. My fiance is now so happy with his new choice of wedding band, as I am with mine. Gemma gave fantastic service, knowledgeable and informative - and did a cracking job sorting my partners watch for a service while she was at it! Thanks so much. Wouldn't trust any other service other than Earnest Jones

Extremely poor customer service they promise to get you a ring by a certain day and time take your money and then claim they can?t get it in on time apparently online and the store don?t work hand in hand so the store won?t help you if you get it on line

Thoroughly recommend! I cannot thank Ernest Jones (Drake circus branch) enough for all their help in regards to picking out my partner?s engagement ring. Carly the store manager went above and beyond in order to help me find the perfect ring and was always on hand to help, should I have required it. Due to how incredible, professional and friendly the customer service was, it was a no-brainer to choose Ernest Jones for our wedding bands, which was also an incredible experience. We are both so grateful for all the hard work and extra hours Carly and the team put into helping us both. Thank you all so much!

I had a reward from work, found perfect white gold heart pendant. Couldnt get voucher to work, admin error our end, finally got there. The whole time, Carly and Marcia helped me, reserved my gift, supported me and gave me such great service, totally counteracted the frustration of voucher ... wonderful!
