I contacted EE because the price rises had put me in a difficult spot. I asked for help to reduce the bill for the current term. They refused to help unless I signed a fresh two year contract. I have now closed all my EE phones and ported my numbers to another company. I'm saving around £40 a month. EE has insisted I buy out my current contracts. This will cost around £250. I will save £400 over the next 10 months. So, the move is a win for me. All I wanted was a reduction of around £10 a month, but the absolute refusal to help is criminal.

Had a great experience in store today. Mike was helping me with my phone upgrade and tailored best plan for my needs and budget and also offered to renew my bt contract which I did. He did a great job, 10/10
