This pharmacy is absolutely useless to get in contact with them by phone. The. phone's always busy. You cannot contact them by phone. for days on end. Trying that Chase. up prescriptions for us. Disabled people is impossible. An absolute disgrace. They. only have two phone lines going into the business. And they're always busy. You cannot contact them at all. What can we do to solve this situation?

Yet again i've kept my day clear of hospital and doctors appointments on the promise of being told only yesterday my medication would be delivered today.I take over 20 pills a day just to be able to move at age 41, some of the medication I've now run out off, my blister packs I'm out of in the morning where I cant be in to sign for them as i'm at the hospital tomorrow.The one day I wasn't in on a Tuesday they threatened to stop delivering them, but when they decide to keep me waiting all day and are that rude they don't even bother giving me a phone call to say look we cant get to you today its ridiculous.Then on top of this if you want to call them they will cut you off after you've waited in the Q for god knows how long or leave the phone off the hook.It's taken anything up to 3 hours for me to get through as they mess around like kids with the phones.My son has helped get me out down there before when hes been here and there can be no customers yet they still dont answer the phone.My son took me only there about two weeks ago, medication that they had a repeat for a week and when I went to collect I was forced to wait 20 minutes as they hadnt even made it up just ignored the medication request from the GP until I was physically forced to go to their broom cupboard of a pharmacy which brings on my anxiety issues.I tried calling them before closing today about my medication as I was wanting to know where it had got too, phones of the hook as usual with the computer saying we are busy please try later then cuts you off.Why don't I change pharmacy??? Because Day Lewis Keyham in Plymouth is the only one who can do blister packs for my area.When I used to live out at Plympton Glen Road Day Lewis we're great at doing their job and keeping the patient informed if their are any issues but this one doesn't bother doing anything until you finally get through on the phone and then usually tries passing the buck onto the doctors surgeory.So i've been waiting now since 11am for my medication it's now 7.21pm, with out my medication if I dont collapse with muscle spasms first and end up in A & E I will end up being hospitalised just because Day Lewis can't be asked to answer the phone and deliver the medication when they promised."Day Lewis in Keyham Plymouth you should be ashamed your ment to be professionals not chancers when it involves medication and people's health"

For some unknown reason that they cannot explain, this pharmacy cannot deliver my antibiotics in a blister pack, with other medication, and so I am going without essential prophylactic medicine.Now, you cannot even get them to answer the phoneThey're so hapless that you're better off going somewhere else, if you have to rely on drugs being delivered in a timely fashion.

Had my flu jab at this chemists last Friday. I was so taken with the friendliness of the people there. And others have posted it?s like how chemists used to be, and it is. I was that impressed, I have now nominated this place as my nominated chemist, especially now I have to work from home. Just can?t fault them.
