Absolute joke. Bought and paid for a pc yesterday and was told would be available for pick up in two hours. Said I would collect the next day due to time constraints. Attended the next day to be told it?s not ready yet but on the last stage of ?rebooting? so still not ready. Returned to collect at the end of the day to be told they?ve lost the box and all packaging and leaflets etc so best they can do is bubble wrap it to go! Wish they?d told me that in the first place. Refunded. Oh and the staff are really miserable, no one seems happy to be working there.

Went there today for a new controller for my Xbox Series X but ended up standing around for ages near the customer desk and felt like I was invisible as time and time again I was ignored by staff. Eventually Ami served me and was super friendly and helpful and even directed me toward the area of the store where I could find something else I wanted to purchase. On the desk was a sign about hidden disabilities yet as a customer with hidden disabilities including being visually impaired I felt let down by the majority of the staff. Thankyou again for all your help Ami you were awesome :)

They hide the Amazon products behind the til in a cabinet you can't see inside so have to queue up just to ask for a price of a product. What idiot signed that off? The staff were rude and uninterested in what I wanted to buy and acted like it was normal to hide products then blamed Google?! I won't be using Currys anymore.

Allows their staff to work sick. One girl had a coughing fit whilst doing her best to help me. Bless her, she tried and shame on the store for allowing that.

The staff here are always very helpful. With the guaranteed low price matching, you can't go wrong with shopping in store at curry's.

Visited plymouth branch today with my daughter looking for a aeg washing machine only available online no problem with that at all! My daughter saw a sodastream drink maker so we decided to get one for christmas got to the till where four staff were waiting one of which was serving another customer, we waited a few minutes i held the machine up as to catch someones attention then two of them walked away! The other turned around and started putting stuff on the shelf so i waited then she walked off as well? The forth guy saw what had happend and tried to call someone over to help i said forget it put the machine back on our way out i met a chap in a wheelchair shaking his head at me so i approached him he told me hed been ignored by two members of staff! I went up to the service desk and told them! Didnt seem interested if im honest, lots of staff just not helping?? So il buy my washing machine from AO as currys clearly dont want to no!

Went in to the shop knowing what I wanted to buy. I spoke to 2 assistants & I was palmed off by both with them saying it's not their department. All I needed was for someone to get the item I wanted from the store room so I could pay & go! I saw other staff wandering around but wasn't approached by any of them.Unfriendly, unknowledgable & completely useless.

I new where everything was when entering store. Picked from in stock items and checked out within 5 minutes. Staff very helpful when needed.

Visited the store for a new washing machine. Was approached by a member of staff who was extremely helpful.I was served by Wayne who asked me the type of spec of our washing and shown us Bosch washing machines and really recommend one of them and that was excellent. Purchased that machine also extended warranty that includes yearly service. The gentleman was so helpful we couldn't ask for anything else or advice because Wayne covered everything we needed to know. Absolutely 5* service and thank you

They need more staff, nice place, well laid out, staff lacking.
Lap- top help, no one around, was ignored, but issue sorted in the end.

Whilst the store looked clean and had plenty of stock finding what I was looking for was not straightforward and assistants were thin on the groundThe young man who helped was polite and gave the same attention to my purchase I could have expected if I was spending twice the money. However he gave an incorrect answer to a question which resulted in a further visit elsewhere to purchase a necessary extra.

Struggled to find staff to help, had to go to the lower level to find someone. Sadly even though what I wanted was advertised as 'take away today' the item wasn't in stick and they did not have any dates when new stock was to arrive so came away empty handed and had to go to another supplier to purchase which was a shame becuase for over 30 years I only ever shopped at curry's. But can't fault the staff once you find one!!
