Didn't wait long to be taken for my appointment. Ladies there are always smiling and helpful. Good atmosphere and a pleasure to use. Miles away from how it used to be when people hated seeing their bank managers. Now it is a joy to enter the building. So different than 60years ago!!!?????

Poor customer service not accommodating at all walked into the branch and could not accommodate a walk in appointment for something simple and asked us to book an appointment . Now the branch is not picking up their phone and called over 10x. This bank certainly does not give the impression they want to look after their customers

Such shockingly bad telephone service. All I want to do is book an appointment to come into the branch. Been on hold for two hours now and still haven't got through. Driving my family mad with the awful hold music

Bank is fine if you don?t need telephone support. Their opening hours (8:00 am - 6:00 pm during the week) make it difficult for those like myself who work 9-5 to contact them. I mainly rely on their app and automated telephone system but need to speak to an advisor this time - I held on for 53 minutes before being disconnected at 6:00 pm. Will have to try again tomorrow in my lunch hour but, in the long term, will be looking to transfer my account to another bank

Abysmal phone service now - I was kept waiting for 45 mins to get through to a real person. It appears that if I wish to open an account in person, I have to travel from Wadebridge to Plymouth or Cardiff!I could be forced to go onto online banking, which I resist as best I can.

Excellent bank outstanding customer service always willing to help. Very friendly advisors always a pleasure when I have to visit bank.
