Ordered a wardrobe on the 6th February 2023 waited over 5 months for the wardrobe to arrive which it finally did from Germany but once it had arrived the double doors were cracked and had to be replaced. Benson for beds were very proactive and got this sorted for us. However we noticed a lot of scratches under the glass, chipped wood inside the wardrobe, the drawers on the wardrobe did not align. Spoke to bensons and we had to provide them with multiple images to provide to the manufacturer who then after months of communications and visits to the store we got an answer that the wardrobe will be replaced and the wait time will be around 4-5 months again. In the multiple visits to bensons we were told to contact the manufacturer ourselves which is not what I would expect after buying the most expensive wardrobe in the shop, Wardrobe should have arrived by the end of October but we have had no communication from anyone, we had an appointment booked with the fitters to come and look at the wardrobe, waited in all day to receive a text saying they didn?t have time to come and asking for pictures which we already provided months ago, again for no reason as the manufacturer already has these. And after a call today 17/11/2023 it has been confirmed the wardrobe has not been ordered for replacement and no one knows what is happening. Communication was good at the start with Bensons to us but it seems to have fizzled and right now I would prefer a refund as waiting 9months plus for a wardrobe is crazy. All in all an absolute terrible experience, not what I was expecting when paying £2000 for a wardrobe, would highly recommend avoiding at all costs.

WOW was i dreaming, NOPE there just that BAD. I would have given a minus if I could. Despite sending me 7 emails about my delivery about how amazing they are, they couldn't have been more wrong. 1. refused to wear shoe covers, so just led mud EVERYWHERE. 2. didnt deliver the duvet, so we have a nice new bed but no cover. 3. damaged our bulkhead as you got up the stairs 4. damaged the banister posts 5. damaged the wall 6. left extremely dirty packaging on the bedroom floor which has now left dirt marks. 7. refused to take away the packaging despite 7 emails saying they take it away.

I went in earlier today to buy a new mattress. I already knew which range I wanted - but Steve could not have been any more helpful or patient. He was so knowledgeable about the products, and offered an unbiased opinion on what he thought the best option for us was. Such a credit to the store and to the Bensons brand. Mattress chosen and purchased in record time - thank you Steve :)

Excellent service and advice from the sales to delivery.The sales person was very helpful and wasn?t pushy at all giving us time to try out the various options that he had shown us.The sale side of it was extremely easy with everything explained in detail but also in very understandable manner.The delivery service was superb, the team of 2 delivered each box to the rooms of my choice and offered advice on which boxes were the heaviest and also assembly advice to avoid potential pitfalls.Overall very happy and impressed.

Recently purchased a bed frame from here and the customer service was brilliant. All the info provided was clear and understanding and they were very accommodating to our requirements as we're buying a house and needed to delay delivery. Would highly recommend!

I keep coming back to the shop because the salesman I always go to is absolutely brilliant.Update- I went back for a new sofa. They?ve changed the delivery date twice already. I?m actually in a lot of pain and need this item asap. Apparently they can?t find the stock - I don?t know how that?s possible but ok. I?m not particularly happy this time round. My sofa was due to arrive tomorrow and how do you inform customers? Some informal email. I?ve already lined up someone to take my old furniture so this has a domino effect.I still say the staff in store are excellent but the follow up services are not.

The salesman Steve really knew what he was talking about when you are spending a lot of money on something you use every day you really want to get it right first time he was able to answer all my questions and gave me a lot more information now looking forward to my delivery

Tom who served me was extremely helpful and polite. I tried several beds to work out which one I preferred. He explained the differences between all of them and the various options I could choose.Looking forward to getting my new bed next month.

Great in store experience, Steve was on hand for any questions and was a great help without being all "salesman pushy" He has a wealth of knowledge and is a credit to Bensons.We had delivery a couple weeks later as promised.

Well if that was good service I hate to see the bad I ordered bedroom suite plus extras first wardrobe was put togetherwithin 2wks doors fell off back panel unit top on slim units damaged they had the order then they didn't they in was damaged then they sent side panel not right order it has taken since last September for the right piece to come and they they don't take broken panel awayI will never buy or tell anyone to buy from them I am disappointed disgusted with there care or after sales I haven't even got an apology from anyone ????

Not enough bedroom furniture on show . Staff member just told us to look online. My parent like to be able to look.and feel the product so I guess no sale
