Everyone one at Beacon Electrical was very polite and helpful and the delivery men that delivered are dryer they was very polite to I would definitely recommend them to people and tell people how nice you all are

I?ve spent a lot of money with this company One washing machine one tumble dryer condenser, two fridge freezers And two cookers to the tune of a lot of money. I recently purchased a dual fuel cooker which I?ve had for four months. I generally use the gas hob. I?ve not use the oven till Christmas to cook Christmas dinner. While the meat was in the oven, the ignition unit for the gas hob started clicking uncontrollably. Taking into account the cooker was still within warranty I phoned the branch. Explained the situation to a salesman and the reply was we?re not gonna send out an engineer for a fault like that. I was trying to explain the storage area underneath the cooker, the pulldown flap was not clicking back into position properly salesman wouldn?t listen. Pass me onto another member of the team. We had to log it as an intermittent fault that was the only way I was going to get it registered. You don?t treat your customers like this, those who spent a lot of money with your company, especially in the times that we are living at the moment where money is very tight. Beacon Electrical may be a family run business, but when the family isn?t running the business this is what you come up against I had to use the last of my savings because I was moving into a new place that was adapted for myself because of my disability. I have to give you one star on this occasion to register it on Google. I previously posted a for a company that installed the gas cooker to whom I was well impressed as they were helpful in regards of the installation as I was waiting for the floor layer to finish his job in the kitchen. I did state that I was impressed with Beacon Electrical at the time of purchase quick enough to take your money, but not quick enough to resolve a problem.Thank you very much Becon Electrical, namely Nick for his intervention. An engineer was booked. Problem was rectified the intermittent fault and the timer was logged, and any further repercussion of the problem will be videoed and submitted for the fault to be rectified with no hesitancy. The brilliant engineer who came out to sort the cooker out five stars ????? for Becon Electrical eventually listening to my problem..?????

Next-level customer service, can't recommend enough!I am so grateful I found this company; their customer service is absolutely fantastic. I've had the absolute best experience with these guys ordering an oven just before Christmas. They always answered the phones quickly and sorted any issues or queries I had.They even emailed me before I had managed to make the purchase when I had payment issues.I then had an issue with the oven (absolutely nothing to do with them, manufacturer's fault), which they sorted out for me in under 15 minutes. It's genuinely made my day how well it's all been dealt with and how stress-free they've made things.I hope the owner of this company appreciates how lucky he is to have such great staff.It's so incredibly rare to deal with businesses these days that still give this much attention to each individual customer. I cannot recommend these guys enough; I will be going straight to these guys for anything else I need in the future based on the customer care alone.Thank you!!

We bought our new fridge freezer from Beacon Electrical. They had the one we wanted, made our purchase really easy with delivery at a convenient time, all for a good price. The staff have good product knowledge, are polite and helpful and took great care on delivery. Couldn?t ask for more from our local electrical shop.

I bought fans from this company. The online order stated free shipping if the order was over £150.00. The next day, the compang called me to inform me that they will not honour the online order unless I paid an additional £4.99 per item shipping. Upon my refusal, they cancelled the order and refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes.

We bought a microwave from Beacon in Kingsbridge yesterday. It was good not to have to travel a long way, they had a good selection at reasonable prices, and we bought what we wanted. Good service from a young but knowledgeable lad.

Ordered a cooker on Monday, which was delivered and fitted, as requested on Friday. From the salesman through to the delivery men and the installer, everything was first class and better than could have expected. I can highly recommend Beacon Electrical.

Cooker arrived broken. Used them for several years but the customer service is now very poor, one of the managers attitude is disgraceful. Time to move on and spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Never again.

Where do I start? Ordered from them as they stated on the website it was in stock and delivery available the same week. After paying close to £1k, received a phone call to tell me that it is not in stock and they would order for Friday with delivery the following week. Then received a phone call on the following Monday to tell me its in and I could have it delivered next week. I refused this and they managed to find me a slot for the Wednesday.Fitters arrived at 1830, all in a bit of a rush. Move on 2 months and a leak appears from the front of the washing machine. Moved the machine out to find extensive damage caused by the leaking connection they had fitted, to the point where the floor and sides of the kitchen units are ruined. They did visit and then told me they only offer a fitting guarantee for 48 hours.They might not respond to this as they didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my complaints, but please DO NOT USE. Go to HBH Woolacotts instead like I normally would, far better service and the installation guys there are far superior also. I am also having the repairs undertaken by a Contractor and will be sending the invoice to Beacon. Disgraceful service!
