Use to love shopping here but now everything is priced at ebay prices which can be quite expensive, might as well shop on ebay, I feel they have become a little greedy considering everything they receive is free. If I want anything now I'll just go on ebay, sad because this will be the downfall of the store.

Some incredible bargains and it's fun rummaging through the shelves and containers.

To avoid confusion, the shop is next to Warrens Bakery at Tesco. The donation centre is 200 yards away opposite Lidl. It's very good value.

We always donate here but frustrating when you rush home, drive halfway across Plymouth and they are shut at 5pm when the website says closes at 6pm. Other than that great!

Popped in today for some Christmas cards and I was blown away by the quality of their christmas gifts. You honestly could've shopped for the whole family in here and not one person would've guessed they were second hand goods. Lots of brand new luxury toiletry sets, lovely hampers, book sets. Highly recommend a visit! Well done to all the volunteers who work here.

I used to use this place to donate and buy from but today I was in there and my little boy who is toilet training needed the toilet quickly and was refused by a member of staff who was more interested in talking with colleagues. She advised I used lidil across the road which my little one would not have made it to so ended up having to go for a wee in the car park in the freezing cold, banardos is meant to be a children's charity but seams like they don't care about the children just the money it's making so the items I was going to purchase and any future purchases / donations will be else where in future.

Great charity shop, not very large, it is now next to Warren's bakery near Tesco Woolwell... Prices are sensible...
