Today I returned a faulty kettle to the range. I didn?t expect a problem. How wrong I was! I had to be rude and loud to get my rights under The Sale of Goods Act. They made life difficult, asking for a receipt, of which I had only a copy (and the difference was??). Eventually a manager did grudgingly make the refund. They should be ashamed of themselves. I cannot recommend anyone to by anything other than consumables there, as refunds are extremely difficult to obtain.
