I phoned up and spoke to a man who is possible the manager he didn?t say his name, however the attitude of this person was very rude, I rang up to ask if my prescription was ready as last time I never got a text message until a couple days later after my prescription was already collected, apparently me phoning them up and having a 10 second conversation put him behind, his exact words were ?we are already behind and people phoning up to find out where their prescriptions are, are putting them behind even more? so from now on I will be getting my prescriptions elsewhere!! Also he needs to do a people skills course to learn how to deal with people better!!!!

It is very busy. It a small pharmacy in an ever increasing village. Though in its favour, the staff are polite, efficient and have great customer care. 5 stars from me

Friendly and helpful staff I have used this pharmacy for 3 years now for all my prescriptions no problems at all they always send a text to say when your prescribed meds are ready for collection

Absolutely disgusting attitude from the manager. Constant failures dealing with my medication from staff, management need retraining in dealing with sick people desperate for there medication, not refuse to give it to me and talking over me! Disgusted by the lack of concern for sick people.

I've always liked Boots. In the bigger branches, you can find items that you can't find in other chemists. The Drake Circus's Boots stocks so many branded items, plus their own, and my favourite make-up brand in Boots has got to be Mac. They stock a big choice of perfumes and aftershaves, but obviously not as cheap as the internet - reasonably priced. So, this review is for Station Road in Ivybridge... I have been a customer of this pharmacy for years, and have always been treated with patience, fairness and an attentive attitude. The staff here will do their best to help you with any issues you encounter (mine are always prescriptions and trying to locate one's that have not been electronically sent). Although this is a little pharmacy, they stock the essentials you would require for day-to-day care. I recommend Boots (in general) to all. This Boots is great for a town and I would recommend it, of course. But, if you're in need of a larger selection, such as perfume/aftershave, hair products, make-up (this Boots has two small stands No7 and Rimmel), body care products etc. etc. They are reasonably priced here, the same as any other Boots pharmacy. Great little place ?
