The young Indian chap behind the counter was a little bit distant, a bit dismissive possibly because he was very young and I'm quite old and I wasn't quite as au fait with the technology as he was so I think he just took the opportunity to show off his knowledge... on a plus side I did get what I wanted and quite quickly and at the price that I wanted to pay so so not a totally bad experience just could have done with somebody a bit more friendly to do business with, or maybe friendly isn't fashionable anymore or part of modern society

We visited the Exeter store today to try to sort out a 5G service. Ewan and Ryan were exceptionally helpful, patient and took so much time to explain to us the ins and outs and how to get set up quickly. We are super happy with the 5G hub. Great service guys - and a film recommendation thrown in as well!

I went there on 11 /01/23 i bought a phone from them they give me the wrong phone they took advantage of my bad English day after back to same place they didn't exchange phone for me I talked to the company I returned phone to the company to get the refund back for the past month they were play around with me online and in the store everytime tell different stories and they didnt refund back to me . After nearly four years being a loyal costumer i goning to cancel my contract with them small advice from me don't open a contract with them.

I have been a decades long term customer with Three in Hong Kong and have been allocated a dedicated Three ?Supreme Relationship Manager?by Three in Hong Kong. I visited the store in Exeter today to ask why my data roaming package with them didn?t work through their using data roaming abroad and was told they had had problems with that. The two customer service representatives could not have been more arrogant, hostile and unhelpful. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I left the store angry, frustrated and with no solution or explanation why I could not use my plan abroad in Europe. I will be giving the months notice of cancellation of my plan today. Never use this service provider.

Staff were absolutely amazing today. Normally I?d have not had the time to be able to make a decision and take a contract out in the same day as my little boy would get bored waiting. The staff kept him so entertained he didn?t want to leave and I was able to get my new phone, tablet and contract all sorted without any issues. Really grateful for their time and energy they put in to help me and keep my little boy happy. He already wants to go see his new friends again ?.
