Originally visited Ann summers and had awful customers service. So googled and found this shop and I have to say I am blown away by not only the massive choice of stock but how amazing the staff are. I was served by a lady with black curly hair and tattoos. She had great product knowledge, very good at explaining all the different items and overall was just great with her customer service. Will definitely be buying more from here

Went in to Simply Pleasure at the weekend, and walking into the store my partner where greeted by the store manager Becky . A very kind and helpful lady whom put us at our ease .Answered awkward questions with a little humour a lot of tact and empathy ,she advised us giving suggestions , I would recommend this store , well stocked ,clean bright and at times quite fun ooing over the stock ..My partner and I have decided this will be our store of choice for all our intimate purchases ..
