“The service in this shop is nothing less than fantastic. I have shopped here on a number of occasions and always find them friendly and helpful; genuinely concerned that I go away with the right item. I returned a pair of boots which had a stitching defect in the lining and they were accepted and replaced without a problem. It's not without reason I like to shop with small businesses who have an interest in their customer service. They also have a fantastic range of country clothing. I love this shop.”

“Good store with quality clothes and homewares.They have a massive selection of brands online so if you like a specific brand, always check Next online during sale time as you may find your item cheaper there (I have with FatFace items).Next also have a couple sales a year with great reductions.”

“Lots of sale items in this store 'up to' 70% off, although I didn't notice one item with that discount.Spotted a few things at 50% off or less, but disappointed that Skechers weren't in the sale at all .. I do like a bargain Skecher - and although they sell them I have never seen them reduced here.They have a foot clinic at the premises so I imagine most of the footwear they sell is comfy and good for your tootsies.”

“I only ever leave reviews if I feel a place/person displayed particularly good or bad service. I was served by a lovely bloke called Pete who helped me source some good running shoes. Had a good chat and a laugh, and he was very helpful with regards to advice on which shoes to get for which terrain. It is by far the best customer service I have ever had in Sports Direct. Employees genuinely caring for the customer they are serving makes the experience so much better. Excellent service.”
