Avoid sending parcels here, I have been back multiple times to try & retrieve 2 of mine, despite saying they scanned them, they can't find them, also staff attitude, is appalling

Popped in to Whipton post office to get some stamps ,the shop was so different , much cleaner and tidier ,manager behind the post office counter was really helpful ,he said there was more to do yet to get the store up to where he wants it .It felt a happier place and I will be going in there more ofton .

I have been visiting this branch for a very long time, but I must say I have noticed a massive difference for the better since the new manager has arrived, there is a lot more organisation, he is always very helpful and informative, nothing is too much trouble and the whole atmosphere has changed.
