Never use this company. A warning. They sell you a contract and deals to go with. They scam you and legally bind you to a corupt legal fraudulantly corupt way where they sell the contract and wash their hands of you saving you have to phone up Indian customer service or complain to the Onbudsman. AVOID AS YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF.

Only went in the branch to sort out my tariff...was seen by a manager who booked me in a slot to see a member of staff and was told to wait for 20 minutes til I received a text to say come into the branch...Well I wasn't booked in and went back to the shop and told the manager I never got my message and he just rudely brushed it aside...was then seen by another customer services advisor who sorted my needs...But that advisor was so rude and I wasn't happy with the service...Afterwards I decided to write a email complaint to o2...and then nothing!!!No call back no text/email Nothing!!! Been with o2 a while now but I feel customer services in this branch was a let down and o2 should contact their customers if incidents like this happen..one unhappy customer.

Incredibly rude and unhelpful staff!! I actually had to repeatedly ask the man serving me to lower his voice because he was shouting at me. He reduced me to tears. I'd forgotten my pin and was looking for a solution.

0 Bro 0, Simple 0 rating. Their technician team does not speak English. Even though It's a UK-based company. The Technical Team cut the call the minute you talk in English. I thought they would have a Technical English Department hence I took this service. I did a huge mistake taking this internet service in Germany. Now I am tied to this horrible company for 2 years like an unhappy abusive marriage.
-They are really rude on the call. They talk down to you as if you are an idiot for calling them. The so-called English Speaking Customer Service Department
-The internet activation was a huge failure.
-I was given an appointment for the technician to come. I didn't go to the office. They didn't come and closed my ticket. 8988969 Excuse me! The Internet is still not working! and how can you make someone wait and don't come? What kind of horrible service is that?
-I get transferred a hundred times between Technical and English Customer Service like a ping-pong just because I don't speak German.
-Apparently, I have to go grab some German Dude from the streets for me to speak to the Technical Team in German. Wow! Brilliant. Make the Customer do all the legwork

Chloe, the representative who served me, went over and above to help me with a problem on my device. As it couldn't be resolved even by 02, due to a build problem, she helped me buy a new phone. No pushing me, but answering my questions on devices and helped me make a good purchase, plus a better and cheaper package. Very highly recommended.

Bunch of cheats. They said about a combo of sim and broadband and did the direct debit, but later they said broadband can't be provided and contract can't be cancelled. Better the staff should go on for theft rather than cheating customers if they are only about to money
