Thank you very much to the really nice guy in the male department who helped my husband to find the right measures for a black suit and a white shirt. He went above and beyond.

I would love to shop here again, however after seeing the manager report two sleeping homeless people I am rather disappointed. I respect the concern for business, but I personally will not be shopping somewhere that has more concern for a successful business than it does for innocent human beings. Perhaps at the very least you could offer them a hot drink, or some food, if you?re removing them from one of the only sheltered areas. It is upsetting to see you?re happy to allow buskers outside your premises (as I imagine they?re good for business) but not people trying to rest, sheltered from rain.

Nick was incredibly helpful with fitting my partners suit. He knew exactly what sizes would fit instantly and made the experience very enjoyable. Couldn?t thank him enough.

My husband came into M and S Exeter this afternoon to look at suits. Unfortunately you didn't have his size but when he came home he told me that he had received absolutely outstanding service from Angus who is one of your sales assistants on the second floor. That got me thinking!. I remembered that I'd also been served by Angus a week or two ago and I too found him to be absolutely first class. Thanks Angus and well done M and S for employing such great people.

This delightful café offers a fantastic culinary experience combined with exceptional service. The selection of clothing they have available is quite appealing too. I would definitely recommend exploring this café for a satisfying meal and browsing their fashionable apparel.

Visited the Exeter food hall lunch time on Saturday 10th . The self service were all busy so as my basket was heavy I stood in the queue at the single till that was open.Woman behind with just two items asked loudly if that was the only till open with an operator. She was directed by the customer assistant managing the queue to use the self service. Again loudly she said she hated them and wanted to be served. Straight away a till was opened for her, she left her place in our queue and was served while everyone else remained waiting patiently in turn.Seems if you stamp your feet and loudly cause a bit of fuss you get priority.

Unhelpful staff in fitting room. 3 in total just chatting to each other and ignored my wife who wanted to ask a simple question. Very surprised by such poor service!! Lady at the till was VERY friendly and helpful though hence 3 stars not 2.

Exeter - main shop, Monday April 3rd. The floor manager was fantastic to me when I arrived on mobility scooter with soaking clothes (nearby eatery were not very helpful after waitress tipped our drinks on me). Calmed me down and left me somewhere to relax whilst she found me some suitable warm clothes to buy (not easy for me as mainly summer stock out). She couldn?t have been more helpful - 5* from me.

this is a ok location of marc and spencer. the microwaveable food i purchased here tasted good and was quite tastey but also quite pricey for someone from t?north like me. it was very hard to go inside as i had to descend a steep narrow staircase which did not help my mobility issues. the shop were also like a maze. the cash registers were across from the entrance and i has to march through the shop to leave again.i recommend maybe coming here if u need food in exeter?s center.Sincerely, Sharon Garcia
