Really great service. We went in on Saturday and were warmly greeted by Donna Martin. We immediately saw a lovely sofa set, sat down on it and fell in love!Donna walked us through the finance options and was exceptionally friendly throughout - no pushy sales, letting us make the decisions.We came back a few days later having made our decision and Donna?s manner was exactly the same - friendly, courteous and not over burdensome.We?ve come out with an exceptional sofa set and could not recommend Furniture Village and in particular Donna more.

How can you treat a person in distress so disrespectfully? I want a refund for my faulty chair. I am within the 30 day refund period. After calls emails and on line chat you are trying to convince me that it is my own fault because I have not smoothed the chair every night, that I need to get and pay for an independent assesor, that I am interpreting the law incorrectly, that I must wait another 4 weeks. All I wanted was some comfort after going through cancer treatment and all I have got is a damaged chair and an empty bank account. I may not have the energy to fight you on this one, I just hope that people read my review and think twice about buying anything from your company.

We crisis, bought a bed on visa cash £1200, after we have spent £700 on dining table & chairs! We bought it last Sunday 13th August 2023, realised we bought it by mistake, so we waited until this Sunday to cancel the bed and buy other art etc, as my wife could be off work @ a charity! They charged us £250 to cancel bed, and it was not even dispatched yet! No apology for not explaining this at time of purchase! Daylight robbery! Robbing Company, will never buy from there again!

We visited today with my father in law to purchase an electric recliner. We were looked after by Cindy, who was very helpful. She was friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help us find what we were looking for. It was great, swift service, she made the whole process very straightforward start to finish - even made him a coffee! Thankyou Cindy!

Based on our visit to the Exeter store we were really pleased with the personal service we received in store.We were greeted by Judy who was very helpful, knowledgeable. She listened to all our particular wants and needs and was able to show us which products met our requirements, saving us a lot of time and addressing all our questions. As well as being very knowledgeable Judy was friendly and personable.We were also impressed with the range in store and the cleaver sofa designs which met our needs which we previously had no idea about.

After visiting every shop in Exeter, I was glad that ours was here, he wasn't at all pushy, as I've found sofa salesman to be. Gave me the information that I required, when I asked for it. I took over an hour to make the decision, enjoyed a complimentary coffee. I would certainly say they are not the cheapest, but you get excellent service and the products are of the highest quality. Looking forward to getting our one of a kind sofa in 10 weeks

Donna was approachable, friendly and helpful with our sofa purchase. We got a great deal on a clearance sofa and she gave us plenty of time to make sure it was the right purchase for us and made us some drinks whilst we discussed. Grateful to Donna for her great customer service

Ordered a Modular corner sofa, large wall clock, and 4 dining chairs - ordered in January. Ben our sales person in Exeter was great. He made us a cuppa and spoke through the products with encyclopaedic knowledge. He gave us lots of time to compare products and make our decision. He even brought one of the dining chairs down the stairs so we could make sure the colours worked with the sofa. He talked through the transaction clearly explaining delivery, warranty etc. He also sold my parents a new bed and gave them the same excellent service At no point did I feel there was any heavy sales tactics involved, he was incredibly helpful and informative. His colleagues were also friendly helpful without being pushy when we were wandering around the store. It seemed liked they were happy to work there.Aftershave service was also very good I was called for the 2 deliveries and the person on the phone made sure I was happy. I asked to delay the sofa delivery from the start of March to mid March and this was sorted without any issue. Overall amazing service and good products - I love the products and service was great!

I recently bought a few items of bedroom furniture for my son, a lovely quality wardrobe and matching bedside table. The service I received was excellent and Ben was extremely helpful, friendly with fabulous product knowledge. Upon arrival the store manager was most welcoming we were offered coffee and biscuits. I shall certainly be visiting again as I always love the range and quality of the furniture.

Having received exceptional service previously we did not hesitate to reorder again and luckily it was through Ben Heatley an exceptional sales person who so courteous and knowledgeable. The quality of the furniture from this family run firm is excellent. Delivery drivers were also well trained and offered the same courteous friendly service.
