I went for Christmas themed bedding, and they only had 2 designs, and both were not very nice, so I bought from Amazon....I tried buying local, but if local doesn't sell, then they lose the custom.

Really good if you want cheap mass produced products. I question it's validity in the age of global impacts of plastic consumption and fast fashion. There is lots of low end and the quality needs Searching for. Id go elsewhere, in fact I left without making a purchase

Revamped cafe but much worse. The only gluten free option shown on the menu board was a chicken sandwich, which was out of stock. Why can't other sandwiches be gluten free? What about the soup? Staff couldn't say why the baked potatoes are not shown as gluten free. There were options of regular and large coffee but that isn't shown on the menu board. Toasted tea cakes are apparently available but also not on the menu board. What other options could I have had that weren't on it? We shop regularly in Dunelm but doubt we'll use the cafe again.

Like visiting here lots to see and buy. Altho not keen on how pay at till area is set up. Very clean store. Nice cafe, has been updated. Simple menu altho I heard someone in the queue moaning not enough gluten free or vegan options?

I found Val who works in my local branch was brilliant, she located a weight blanket for me. She had remembered one had been returned a previous day. Well done to this lady fabulous customer service.Very smiley and friendly.
