“Fantastic place for climbing equipment. Everyone there seems very knowledgeable but special mention to Phil who was especially brilliant. He spent well over an hour with us helping to find the best option for harness and climbing shoes and other equipment for our daughters and often that advice meant the final option we chose wasn’t the more expensive item but it was the right choice.Would definitely recommend this as the first choice place to go for anything to do with climbing. And the discount for Quay members is a nice bonus.”

Such a clean and beautifully laid out well mechanised shop. Love Reiss products, it may be expensive but there clothing is so beautiful and its worth the money. My new favourite clothing brand.”

I have shopped here on a number of occasions and always find them friendly and helpful; genuinely concerned that I go away with the right item. I returned a pair of boots which had a stitching defect in the lining and they were accepted and replaced without a problem. It's not without reason I like to shop with small businesses who have an interest in their customer service. They also have a fantastic range of country clothing. I love this shop.”

“Today I got my belly button pierced by Laura and had the best experience. After a bad experience the last time I got it pierced, Laura helped me and was so lovely. She spent such a long time making sure I was happy with the placement (even getting a second opinion from Lou) and allowed me to lay down for around 10 minutes afterwards. Honestly the best experience I have had getting a piercing and will definitely be coming back and asking for Laura! Definitely recommend, thank you!”

They help with size and nailed down the perfect suit for me, it took a few goes and they were brilliant and couldn’t do enough to help me.They explained all the options and even when certain things weren’t in stock they found ways of making sure I got what I liked.Will 100% go here next time i need a new suit or formal wear….thanks lads you legends.”

“Nice shop and well laid out my wife was looking for a new evening dress. She found a few to try and with the help from the lady looking after the fitting rooms she decided on a lovely blue gown and it wasn't even the most expensive one she tried on.Will be back again no doubt.”

“I visited the store for the first time yesterday, as I had a bra fitting booked. The welcome was great, they knew exactly why I was there, I sadly can't remember the lady's name, but her service was fantastic. She measured me, explained everything to me and found me suitable fitting bras, one of which I've put on today and it is so comfy. Her knowledge was exceptionally and she was just a really lovely person, who made me feel important as a customer and not giving me a sales pitch as some people do. I will definitely visit the store again.”
