Prices here are extortionate. I was charged £6.50 for Optrex eyedrops which Boots sell for £4.Lloyds require 5 days to process a prescription order, but are closed Sat/Sun so the only choice is to give them 7 days, because the first day of ordering doesn't count if later than the crack of dawn...Processing a prescription is a 5 minute job, check the computer > print a named label > bag the medicine > done. It's a joke that they want a full week to do that. "Busy" is a bad excuse.Also I seem to have to re-order medicine that's supposed to be a "repeat" prescription automatically restocked.They often keep piles of rubbish just stacked up in bin bags by the front desk as well.Just get Brannams to order your prescription with Tescos if you want a competent service.

Very rude on the phone. Just hang up. I know it can be busy at times as I work in healthcare too. Not the way to treat patients or attender.

So far no major issues with this particular location, however I have had issues with their other Pharmacy locations. It does seem that there are internal issues that need to be addressed and answered. I called their corporate office once about these issues and never even heard back so I?m not sure if they even care! I mean what?s the point in a company asking their customers for feedback if you?re not even going to let them know what you?ve done to fix things. feedback get back to them after asking for it? All we can do is let Lloyd?s know the issues, it?s their business that will ultimately fail if they don?t want to gain customers returning business. I understand things can go wrong but from reading some of these other comments I?d be concerned if I were representing this company internally.

The staff are very rude refused my medication and the supervisor told me to go else well for my meds without any med slips or anything for any other pharmacy very rude and disrespectful to there customers worst pharmacy ever don?t ever use them!!!!! I reckon mend to everyone to go to another pharmacy with better staff and customers service (DONT USE THEM )

Went to collect a precision they said we gave you 2 yesterday I told them I didn't collect 2 precision they said yes you did I said I should know how many precision I collected yesterday and it wasn't 2 then they said an old lady collected them it was me who collect 1 precision yesterday im 55 do you call that old there very rude basically calling me a liar what I would like to know is were is that precision gone because I definitely didn't have it and most of the staff are rude

I've been on a repeat prescription for 15 years. A new system has been put in place that has meant the last 3 attempts to collect a prescription have failed abysmally. It's either the Doctor hasn't signed the prescription off or the prescription hasn't arrived at all. To then have a very rude Asian pharmacist talk to me aggressively and rudely did not improve my frustration. A very unpleasant experience.

Service is appalling, spoke to a lady on the phone and she was abrupt and then said she?s not got any evidence of my prescription. After I said they?ve lost it she magically found it on the system to then be told they can?t get it. After all this she rudely hung up the phone!! Absolutely awful and wasted my time

Counter staff very rude pharmacy didn't open until 2-30pm my husband stood in a queue for 30mins in the hot sun then his repeat prescription wasn't ready after being told yesterday it would be he is 80yrs old there were other elderly people waiting outside in the heat it is not good practice
