Jeannette who looked after us & helped choose school shoes & trainers today for our 12 year granddaughter, was exceptional. She was very patient & caring, as well as funny & smiling. Today I have have spent almost an hour in the barnstaple store with a very fussy 6 yr old , Zayn went above and beyind to help me find the right shoe for her, we tried on every pair of shoes in her size going back and forward and nothing was too much trouble the lad certainly deserves a medal .
