Absolutely waste of time and completely unprofessional. Called at 8am to book appointment regarding diabetes. Waited for 2 hours and 52 minutes for someone to answer and tell me to call next day at 8am. I complained and was told that there is nothing they could do. Criminal service and criminal practice. I rarely use GP maybe 2 times in last 10 years but this is just a sad state

Worst practice. Long waiting times on the phone, for test results. No follow up after blood test.

Waited on phone to make appointment for 40 minutes it cut off when I was near the top of the list so rang again when I eventually got through I started to tell the receptionist what was wrong (although it really is not their business) before I finished explaining what was wrong she said let me interrupt you we are not making any appointments for today. That was that. I ended up in hospital the next day with kidney failure. What an awful service. Why make you wait in a queue when they are not seeing anybody. This is not the first incident with this surgery. The level of care is way below standard.

Tried for 2 weeks to get an appointment and told to try again tomorrow each time Getting in the phone que takes 40 minutes and then told no appointments left.It shouldn't be this difficult to get to see a doctor

My husband had an email from the nhs regarding the 4th Covid jab as he is 70 years old and is in the at risk group. He was told to contact his GP. He phoned the GP at Melbourne to be told by the receptionist that they do not do it. Great service!

Just had a hip replacement and need the dressing changing on Friday, can't do it at either surgery they suggest going to walk in centre. Is this really acceptable?.

The service is not good they never look happy. It's hard to get hold of them sometimes over the phone which is annoying!

Absolutley shocking...my daughter had a wound on her hand which was infected and tracking up her wrist quite quickly. Rang them 37 times between 8 and 9 in the morning. Eventually got through and they said you can have an aopointment at 5pm. Not good enough at all. Disgusting.

The service at this surgery is poor. After giving birth, I went in for the 6 weeks check up just to be asked questions about how was I feeling. Having in mind that I had issues during my pregnancy, I was a bit surprised that no check up was done. Subsequently, I had a series of symptoms for which I'm trying to book an appointment for and see if any GP takes appropriate action to address my symptoms. I've tried to ring them for two days but there's no answer. I even had to call 111 who sent me to urgent care as it's impossible to get seen properly at this surgery. Some GPs are good but others quite dismissive, I'm afraid . Very frustrating.
