Sadly after trying to support local services I would not recommend.Minimal to no communication from the technician.Pedicure was completed under a desk - not relaxing at all and causing a lot of discomfort to my knee?s but no offer of changing/moving positions.Taken to a side room then and put on a chair which again was uncomfortable but no offer of technician moving just myself sitting on the edge of a chair for 30mins.Varnish left on my skin, nails not fully painted, edges missing.Treatment was meant to be 1hr 15mins but lasted just over an hour.Called to inform once returned home and had a manager call me who all they did was give excuses and had minimal compassion for my issues raised - just said ?are people who come and get treatments and try and get their money back?.Not happy with the service or management when explaining my concerns, I was offered a ?gift card? but declined as would not return sadly to a poor establishment nor would I recommend it either.**** More excuses again in response****

I had classic lash extensions by Nicole and she was amazing. So professional, warm and welcoming (I had never had any lash extensions before). Understood exactly what I wanted, had a great chat while she was doing them and they look perfect. Couldn?t recommend more?

I had BIAB nails done today by Kirsty. She mentioned she was new & still learning, she did a brilliant job with my nails. I don?t normally leave reviews anywhere but wanted to leave some great feedback for Kirsty! She was lovely & has a good eye for detail - I could tell she wanted to get them perfect, which she did! This is my second time at the salon, I had nails done by Beth a long time ago - she was also fab. I?m very particular about where I go to get anything done, lashes nails hair etc., I don?t live anywhere near the salon & it costs me £30 to get there & back which is the price of the treatment itself. I have been coming to luxe for almost 2 years now, and I have to say, it gets better every time! The salon is absolutely beautiful, the staff are all so welcoming and professional and the the quality of their work is outstanding. I mainly have lash extensions with luxe, but I have had brow wax and tint, brow lamination and nails too.. all treatments have been incredible and are always done to the highest of standards. Absolutely appalled by the level of customer service and lack of loyalty to the customer at this salon. Please be mindful to check your confirmation emails as I recently accidentally booked the wrong day for my treatment. I was working night shifts for the emergency services and when I 'failed' to show for an appointment due to being in bed, and not knowing I had booked the wrong week I was charged the full amount of my treatment. I have been a customer for many years and travel a great distance for what I believed to be a fantastic service. Owner will not refund or offer alternative other than £10 off further treatment. Be careful with your money. All they ask for is loyalty to small businesses without giving the same in returnI DID NOT CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THISLAME ATTEMPT AT AN APOLOGY.And one year?!?!?!?!Services: Lash lift

Massage advertised as 45 mins only received 25 mins. Very misleading! Also was left waiting for almost half an hour. Staff were friendly but I expected to receive a 45 min massage as stated on the website. Will not be returning here.

Had my second appointment recently, and both times been very impressed with the professionalism and quality of their work. I'm over the moon with my nails, and thoroughly enjoy my time in the salon. The sheer quality and care of Bethany's work in particular, I feel I should call out as both times I've been in, she's done such a fabulous job, thank you so much ! I've been coming to Emma for several years now and she's honestly one of the best I've been to other salons for lashes and nails but nothing ever compares to their quality, all the girls are lovely and make me feel very welcomed, I definitely recommend

Crazy fast loud music on in background. Not a relaxing experience one would want or expect. Emma was happy to take a 7 pounds tip from me but on my second appointment I suspected I had covid, was told I would only have 50 percent deducted but had total amount taken off. She is an ok lash technician,nothing special as after 2 weeks they started to look extremely messy. With a good lash technician lashes still look neat even after 4 weeks. I know because I have had good lash technicians so girls if you want loud awful music giving you an earache and lashes that fall out after 2 weeks and someone who will take full amount off an appointment if one is ill then go for it. Thanks Emma for a giving me an earache with your music, lashes that only looked ok for 2 weeks, taking 7 pounds tip but not empathy when i was unwell. Gd luck building your lash empire with that attitude.
