Not had any work done by them yet but just based on the telephone call I had with Jamie, these guys seem to know what they're talking about, incredibly polite and do everything you'd need on your service.I'll update review when I've took my car in.Thanks to the team at HiQ!!EDIT:Just had a service and MOT done. Staff are great, all done within a few hours and good price.Once again thanks to the Ilkeston team at HiQ!

Had a bit of a nightmare with the Car so had the AA drop it off here late Saturday. Rang first thing Monday and they had it inspected by 10:30 and fixed the clutch and slave cylinder the following day. The place was extremely busy so I was very happy with the quick turnaround. Everyone I encountered either by phone or in person were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use them going forward

I recently visited HiQ for a tyre fitting, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag. The receptionist seemed to have limited knowledge about the tyre fitting process, which initially left me feeling unsure. However, I was fortunate that a technician stepped in to assist.The technician who handled my tyre fitting was exceptional. Not only was he friendly and approachable, but he also patiently addressed all my questions and concerns. He efficiently completed the job and took the extra step to ensure I was satisfied with the results.In the end, despite the initial hiccup with the receptionist, the technician's professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction made my overall experience at HiQ a great one. I left the establishment with confidence in their service, thanks to the technician's expertise and excellent customer care.

Said they would mend my puncture in 30 minutes & they mended my puncture in 30 minutes.....can't get any better than that.

Was charged £22 for a small puncture. It's very disappointing of a garage taking advantage of some one in need of a little help, especially from a 2 minute job. I even taken the wheel off for them.

2 lads in their was very polite explained and showed me the 2 problems with the tyres one couldn't be repaired but the second one could and explained why very informative

Called in for new tyres as advised on my mot (not done here by the way) to be told I still had a good few months at least of tread (no where near the limit) amazed they were so honest and even said to call back in in a month for them to recheck. Looks like they have gained a new customer. Thank you for your honesty and for saving me some money I didn?t need to spend.

If you have a puncture and are stranded and in a hurry, don't go to Hi Q on heanor Road. Literally just been and can't fit a puncture in till Wednesday earliest, laughable, complete joke. I bet if I needed a new tyre they would be more than happy to help.
