Went for afternoon tea. It wasn’t just poor it was absolutely appalling. Sandwiches with crusts - ugh! Stale hard scones all for 19-95 EACH!!!To make matters worse we wanted more tea and guess what ? We were asked to pay for it. Never again - Avoid at all costs

Lovely place to get a nice wholesome meal and wine from their very own Vineyards. There maybe a little wait because of how popular it is but you can visit the Butchers also in the courtyard and pick up some very high quality meats.

Lovely place to visit and the cafè is brilliant with gluten free options for cake too! It’s a relaxing atmosphere, and you can sit outside for a drink and food too, with dogs welcome, in the outside area of the courtyard too. The Butcher’s Shop is well stocked and there’s the free little museum too… and much more!

From Renishaw Hall Courtyard Cafe
The Cafe at Renishaw Hall is set within the Stables Courtyard and is open March to December offering cosy indooor seating, outdoor seating in the Courtyard and a delicious menu, prepared and cooked fresh on your visit.
Booking is not essential, however we do ask that you prebook our Sunday lunches and scrumptious Afternoon Tea.
We are a pet friendly Cafe. Dogs on leads are always welcome.
We have disabled access and facilities.
Parking is free.
If you feel like a stroll after your coffee and cake, why not visit the stunning award winning Gardens of Renishaw Hall.
Whether its just a stop at the Cafe, or a visit to the Hall, Gardens, Museum or Vineyard, we are always happy to see you ☺
