Normally a good shop but tonight seriously was bad the only cashier on thought talking to her friend was more important then serving the customers it took the other member of staff to get to the check out door for her to end her chat session and do her job

Regular customer, decided not to serve me cigarettes all of a sudden due to assuming a customer who had no ID who just left the shop was my friend. Terrible customer service from DANIELLE as she had no reason not to serve me as she had serve me tons of times in the past and knows I have ID and are old enough to buy tobacco products. Surprised she even served me for my chocolate and pop with the kind of attitude she had... Terrible absolutely terrible. Probably wouldn't even serve a 70 year old man because she assumes the chavs outside are his mates.
