Went to collect a prescription and overheard one of the pharmacists advising an elderly couple. He had such a nice way about him and this is the way I'd hope my own parents to be treated when they get to that stage.

The home delivery driver left the opiodur patches on the door step without any attempt to hide them,this is a controlled drug and should have been returned to the chemist if unable to hand to resident.

This is the 3rd time now we have been to try and collect a prescription, only to be told they are out of stock and the "supplier" cant send any more ???These are common Antibiotics !!! And for a child aswel.How hard can it be ???Chaddesden Pharmacy (St Marks rd) Had plenty in stock.Once you can understand, but the last 3 times is a joke.Wont use Vision again, local or not.

Ricco (apologies if I've spelt that wrong) was super helpful in trying to track some medication. After a few taps on the keypad and a call to their other pharmacy, he was able to secure the required medication. Super helpful and super service. Highly recommend. Thank you

When 2 other Pharmacies told me to go elsewhere or back to my GP for medication they advised was unavailable ,these guys got it the next morning for me.Kate went out of her way and was so helpful .Brilliant service and Team at Vision Maine Drive.Thank you /Steve

Person on the door greeting customers for vaccine was lovely a credit to the store.One thing I have to say is what's with the questions do I have a health condition that entitles me to the vaccine now .I'm only here as I had the message from my doctor's . Actually quite rude . Also to have the needles ready Infront of you if you have a fear you would pass out I'm sure also no information given as to which vaccine was administered .
