We use Village Pharmacy a lot both for collection of medication and advice. The service at the pharmacy is excellent and all staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

The pharmacy and walk in clinic is a great service when you cannot see a doctor. Staff and pharmacist Bin always go beyond to help and during the pandemic have been brilliant. Unfortunately some customers do not appreciate the hard work they do. Keep up the great work!

Best pharmacy in Derby! Staff are really freindly and helpful. Pharmacist is always obliging . The walk in clinic is a great addition and the pharmacist can prescribe medication when you can't get in to see your Dr or advice you. Been trying to get to my surgery for weeks and Bin prescribed a cream for a long standing problem which has now cleared up. Thank you !

Very very rude staff. Gave me medicine that had no expiry on the bottle. Went to return it and they put the same liquid in another previously opened bottle with a printed date. How do we know that's the original expiry. When i mentioned initially theirs no expiry I got told its got long expiry. I'm sorry but by law it requires an expiry date and not to be told verbally. The lady, possibly the owner looked down to us when talking and had no manners at all. When returning the undated bottle to her she had the nerve to say I'm not touching that bottle because we had touched it ??? and got her colleague to take it from me instead which was not necessary. She then said she was doing us a favour by giving us another for free with a date on the bottle ?, hold on its not free as we originally paid for it!!! At the end of the day why not just admit they made a mistake and sort it out immediately and apologise at the end of it. Will not be using this pharmacy again and advise everyone to avoid if they care about their children

Excellent service from Village Pharmacy for a minor ailment. Why use up a ten minute doctor's appointment when you can get seen quickly and get advice and medication from the well-qualified pharmacist.

Really friendly helpful staff. Pharmacists are never too busy to give private helpful medical advice.Everyone is always smiling and welcoming.

We are fortunate that this is our 'local' pharmacy. They have been really helpful throughout the pandemic, both on the phone and in person. The staff are friendly and Bindhu is always approachable and knowledgeable. We have had all prescriptions delivered to our door too - without asking - which has saved us the worry of leaving the house.Thank you to you all.

I would like to say how helpful my pharmacy was when I was experiencing pain from my knee which had become the size of a rugby ball. The pain was excruciating and because of this I lost my appetite. I asked my pharmacy for something to give me energy as I was losing a lot of weight and the doctors were not seeing people as easily due to covid. Bin the pharmacist was great as he gave me Fortisips which at least I could get down, and it gave me some energy. The pain became unbearable and again I asked his help. I was given further pain killers which Bin brought round to the house that evening, for which I was very grateful.I finally had to have a knee replacement and I was given Morphine. The first bottle I managed to crash to the floor! I thought that I would have to go through a lot of explaining before I got a replacement but a phone call to Bin and he fixed this for me.I have always found all the staff at this pharmacy very helpful and recommend it to anyone.Theresa.
