I used to shop in here all the time and would find some amazing things. I recently went last week and hadn?t been in ages, I knew the recent refurbishment had been a success and the shop looks much nicer, but my goodness - the prices! I found a Regatta coat for £20 and it wasn?t in very good condition, and a George ASDA blouse for £7! Needless to say I didn?t purchase anything and unfortunately left empty handed. Completely appreciate the cost of living has risen, but some of the dresses were bobbled and they wanted £12 for a Monsoon dress. Yes new these items would have been incredibly expensive, and I appreciate that shops want to get back as much as possible for their good cause, but this was a massive jump up in price when I could get an M&S jumper from here in good condition for £4 but they now want £12 for one in not good condition. Lovely looking shop, a lot of stock, but I think that stock will stay there and won?t move due to the quite high inflation in prices. It?s a shame, but I won?t be shopping here again.

Went into the Sinfin Extra Care Shop and Marc was extremely helpful and even helped with what I purchased to the car. Definitely recommend

The Sinfin shop has lovely friendly staff and they keep it looking really nice. It is always a pleasure to pop in and I usually find a bargain! There is a free Asda car park outside and they accept donations and are open 7 days a week

One of the most depressing charity shops I have ever been in. I go in here at least once a week because I?m local, mostly at a weekend. You can guarantee when you go in here, the staff will be non stop bickering about something, the youngish bloke will be complaining to someone about something. The man in there in around his fifty?s will be talking down and trying to order the other volunteers around, the woman with shoulder length brown hair and glasses will be rude and constantly repeats herself. I was in there around a month ago and there was a non stop bicker between the older man and a young girl about keys, by the time I left I was sick of hearing about keys. The younger bloke moaning that it?s not acceptable that someone (support I think) has told him he has to get a job. This weeks argument was around who was going to clean up, no one offered so the older blokes starts moaning guess it?s me again then, and starts sweeping the door carpet and raising dust while customers are in there. It?s proper hard work and I?m not sure why I keep going in. Always leave this shop feeling in a foul mood. Bout time the manager started asking questions. I have never know such miserable moaning people and find the experience draining
