The guys carried out a meticulous complete valet for me today. They acted in unison and completed a thorough quality clean of my vehicle missing nothing at all. I was very impressed with attention to detail and went to town on the door shuts and ensured nothing was left to chance. I will definitely be recommending you to all family and friends. As a professional driver I regularly go to car washes and have visited a lot of car washes across derby this particular car wash is very poor the layout is shocking as mentioned previously they share their car wash with kam servicing they first put on a watered down agent that breaks dirt down following with a jet wash and then they use soapy gloves and then finish with a jet wash this process leaves your car with patches of dirt across your vehicle and they don?t pay attention to your alloys and they will be left dirty , in my honesty opinion no car was is a 100% perfect but usa hand car wash on Nottingham road in derby is the best in derby by far.

Great service and a brilliant job was done on my car. Good value, friendly team and efficient. Would recommend it to anyone. I just stopped on the off chance. Had mini valet,hoover and interior, then wax.

These guys are awesome, I turned up late in the day with my car needing a pretty full on clean and polish ready for a car show the following day. These guys went above and beyond what I could have asked, they stayed late and the car is amazing!! Thankyou so much guys!!!! So happy!! :)

Charged £14 for them not to even manage to take bits of the car wgen washed or take the rubbish from the door pocket on an interior clean. I've used these before and they were quite good today however I feel really ripped off with what's been done

My car now looks clean at a glance but when you really look at it there is an unbelievable amount of marks and dirt still on the car and they have left scratches and swirl marks all over my roof and bonnet. If you don't care about these then by all means go here but just annoying to see really

Worst car wash I have had the misfortune to visit. I paid £50 for a full valet and the car was not cleaned properly(the alloys were still dirty) even though he had it for 3 hours
