Got there at 5:25 after work today (01/08/22) Lady at the till said they?d closed. I ask what are the opening times she says 9am - 5:30pm. They didn?t serve me because they?d already started closing up. I technically was there before closing time. I?m going on my trip in less than 48hrs , HUGE inconvenience. They clearly just wanted to go home early. No customer service . Would expect better from marks and Spencer?s
