Good quality food but expensive. Fuel is also the most expensive in the area and queues can be long due to people filling their cars and leaving them at the pump whilst shopping.

Not always the cheapest for fuel but staff are always, always friendly whatever time of day so itâ??s worth paying that little bit extra in my eyes. Plus you can swipe your Nectar/Sparks card here to earn loyalty points.

The marks are ony for the store because the staff here are better than other M&S food halls I've been in. Pricing of goods is not that of the larger M&S food halls. Some of the prices make me think I'm in lLondon and I have to look around to see where I am. The staff here are amazing very friendly very helpful & while I was there a member of staff came out and filled up someoned car with fuel who is cleoarly disabled and also bought him some shopping out. Now that to me is service at its best and just as it should be. I look forward to using this store again if only for the quantity of staff. Go to the top of the customer service premier league, the title is yours before the season starts. I'm from London and definitely not used to this special quality that is lacking once you journey past the south of Leicester. Looking forward to my next visit back to Mickelover (apart from the London prices) which thankfully aren't adopted by other stores in the vacinity. ***** 5 stars for customer service.
