Having waited for months for building works and been let down and lost faith in a builder we had booked we approached Kitchens Complete. We didn?t want to use a high street brand who advertised ridiculous discounts which we know aren?t true and thought a local company would take better care of us. And that they did! They?re truly a one stop shop offering kitchen design and can then arrange building works, plastering, electrics, plumbing, kitchen install and flooring.We had a tiny kitchen which we needed to expand and required a lot more storage than we had.Troy and Phil helped with our kitchen requirements based on our budget and they did a great job utilising the space we had available. Kydyn was my go to guy for any questions or concerns when the work started.I was popping my head in at various stages and could see they didn?t take shortcuts for an easy life. The tradespeople were all professional communicating with each other to ensure the finished product would look good for us. While I would have thought they would box in existing piping, they would repipe behind walls and patchup.Compared to the tiny kitchen we originally had, we now have a modern practical kitchen. We?re really pleased.Thank you to everyone at Kitchen?s Complete for your hard work professionalism.

Bought a kitchen from Kitchen?s Complete after extensive search around Derby. Wren, Wickes, B&Q and many others. For me and the wife, it was the personal touch and being local which sealed the deal.The design process was really smooth, we had some ideas and preferences but let the guys guide us on some features (boiler tap, peninsula design, microwave positions, etc) which have proven very successful. The guys worked very hard to get equipment off the worktop (microwave, kettle, etc) which is a huge benefit in the end.Installation was started and finished when they said and the aftercare has been super.Pricing wasn?t the cheapest but wasn?t the highest either, all things considered, I think a good overall package.I would recommend giving the team a chance to design and quote and see how you feel.My favourite features I would recommend to anyone- Boiler tap - seems expensive but you have no regrets. It gives you Extra worktop space (no kettle!) and instant hot water- Rectangular, induction hob (cleaning is so easy, and pan spacing/convenience is great compared to a square version)- Wine fridge?because you need wine- Wine rack?because you need wine- Big space for American fridge. Another luxury that once you?ve had you would never go back. Must be a plumbed version.- Big drawers for the plates, cutlery, etc- Double oven for entertaining- warmer drawer if you have space (great for the plates or keeping the take away warm!)- A draw to keep the bin and recycling- A social area (peninsular in our case to maximise space rather than an island)Give the guys a try. ***Great Project and Customer Experience***I have been in in the look out for someone to refurbish my Kitchen since 2019, and due to a bad experience with garage conversion project, I lost my faith and confidence to trust anyone to come and do another job in the house for me.However, I kept my eye on all resources from online searches, going to kitchen shops and check what they offered, but nothing of these made me comfortable, most likely because of how they were trying to get me buy a kitchen.Till one day I was looking into a local magazine and found "Kitchen complete" AD, it caught my eyes, and started checking the reviews, all looked good and authentic to me. I felt good about this me and my wife, we booked an appointment online and Troy (in charge of Design and customer visits), came over.We had a discussion and he impressed us with his attention to detail and how he opened our eyes to have a spacious Kitchen with a loads of Space and Storage, not only that but a social area for the family and Friends to gather around. We went to the Showroom and been shown the design, and the kitchen we have seen we straight fell in love with it.***Assurance and Safety***Troy suggested to handle the whole project for us, and bring his own team to do the whole job from demolition, electrics, plumbing, flooring, decorating and floor fitting.We were looking for a best quality materials, as we are not doing a kitchen every few years :), he gave us advise on everything we asked for.Troy insisted to bring his team to meet up and provide my family "Assurance" of whom gonna be working in our house.We felt really happy of this step, as I discussed with his team few pending topics from the garage conversion project needed to be looked at while fitting the new Kitchen.***Professionalism***The Team were listening to me and my Wife's requirement and requests patiently, and whenever asked for a suggestion they always provide an answer.They start at 8 AM and get on with the Job without wondering or wasting time like other traders do.***Project Management***I want to dedicate this section for the amazing management we had experienced from Phil who is handling these side of things.Once we agreed on everything, I have received the Quotation, Phil answered all my queries over the phone and made it clear and simple.The most impressing part, that I never seen it before was The detailed Schedule been sent to me with Dates and what will happen on a Day-To-Day basis.I have been kept updated all the way throughout the project, that made the project go easy and smooth.***Conclusion***Kitchen complete, made us felt as if nothing going on in our house, it is an experience we will keep talking about all the time.If you are after a kitchen refurb, I would highly recommend them for a job exceedingly a term "Well Done"I will post a before and after Photos to show how good this job was.

Could not be more impressed with the work Kitchens Complete carried out to transform our kitchen in to a dream space.They were creative and informative right from the initial designs and clearly put great thought in to turning the room in to what we wanted.Throughout the process, Phil, Troy, and the team were considerate and consultative, keeping us up to date at all times and went out of their way to pay great attention to detail.The finished result is stunning and we could not be happier. We highly recommend going with Kitchens Complete if you're looking for premium quality and service for a fair price.

Troy and Phil really looked after us when we had our Kitchen refitted after a flood. We had some other companies come and look at the job but the Kitchen Complete design, layout and attention to detail shone through. They were always quick to answer questions or discuss options and all the tradesmen were very professional and achieved an excellent finished result. I would not hesitate to recommend.

We had a big kitchen but it never felt like it, always short of space ,nothing was close to hand and we seem always tripping up over ourselves. On his first visit Troy told us what the previous installers had done wrong, what he was going to do to fix it and how fantastic it would be and his design was brilliant. He then passed us over to Phil and the delivery team and if anything they took it to an even higher level. Nothing was too much hassle, Phil coped with a few wobbles we managed to introduce into the plan. The final result is fantastic, the design is so good, everything is where it should be and we have the space we could never find (we still have 6 cupboards to fill!!). The after sale service has been just a continuation of the project. Cannot recommend them enough, hope they are still trading in 15 years when we do the next refit! - Darren and Emma

Great company that undertook alot of work for me. Building work including structural engineer, plastering, flooring, decorating, kitchen fitting, electrics, plumbing all taken care of leaving us stress free during quite a major project. Kitchen top quality and looks the business. Troy, Phil and all of the trades are great blokes and make you feel at ease throughout. Would thoroughly recommend Kitchens Complete.

What a fantastic company from my first home visit to discuss the kitchen to the final result. I cannot recommend Troy and the team highly enough from the first stages of planning to each day when different members of the team came, from taking out the old and putting in the new the joiners, painters, plumbers plasterers electricians and putting in new floor all were professional, friendly and experts and everything went to plan.If you want a hassle free, professional, high quality and beautiful kitchen choose this company.

Can only speak highly of this fantastic independent local company. We had Kitchens Complete design/plan and install our kitchen and separate utility, and from our initial consultation to the final installation we could not have been more happy. Clear communication throughout and above all a truly personal service. There are a number of large scale kitchen companies out there but the truly bespoke nature in both planning and installation with Kitchens Complete made you feel a valued customer and not just an order number. Thanks go to Phil for the planning and project management and Josh for his fantastic installation of the kitchen. We would not hesitate recommending them!
