I've bought a number of items of jewellery and have always found the quality and the fact that the jewellery is made in small numbers or unique to be really appealing. Customer service has always been good. My most recent purchase for my wife was a ruby solitaire style ring which is stunning. Shortly after there was a slight issue with the ring. I cannot praise JH high enough for their exemplary Customer service. Throughout the resolution their attention to detail and their determination to ensure my complete satisfaction was never in doubt. Very very happy with the final outcome and the stunning ring, as is my wife. Most of all JH have a Customer for life just because of how conscientious they are in making sure their customers are happy with their purchase which is a true indicator of a great company. Thank you to all the staff involved who were brilliant.

Bought my wedding ring in July, but started wearing it from November. Unfortunately 3 months later it is noticably scratched in a couple places. I work in IT so not using tools/machinery daily. I did ask on purchase if when scratched it would show through silver and was told no. Very disappointed. The ring cost £250.I'd like to add I have no problem with the staff who were lovely, just disappointed in the quality of the item.

Dreadful service today. Went in to get my nomination rubber brand bracelet shortened and the assistant said one of the other assistants would be able to do it. When she asked her if she could do it she abruptly said ?No?. I was the told it would have to be sent away, which is obviously untrue as another assistant, who wasn?t in the store today, shortened it for me previously in about 2 minutes a couple of weeks ago. Shocking, won?t be going there again! Unfortunately I have give one star to be able to post this review, it really should let me post no stars!
