Driven past this place numerous times and always gave the wow factor with how many different bikes were displayed just in the window. Son wanted a BMX for his birthday, went to Halfords in Ilkeston, staff ignored us after walking round looking at all the bikes. went to Burton Trent Halfords, same issue, no one said hello!?...

Took my daughters scooter in for repair yesterday. The gentleman who served us was very polite, professional and helpful. Great customer service, highly recommend hawks.
