Over year I got a problem with window is noisy every time when is wind. It's in a bedroom so can't sleep it's cold they sending specialist to look but that not help at all the window is foulty should be replaced. I got second window in this same bedroom and is ok.Customer service -10

Had this composite door fitted and with the winds over the last week and also hear traffic very clear I decided to look behind the window plastic strip to find this a 2 inch gap . This was made to measure and couldn?t be bothered to even fill with newspaper just fresh air what a proper p take . . Wish I could show pictures. A joke .
